{Area-1255} Alex Jones and InfoWarsLife "Super Male Vitality" Product Review

First off I have a few things to say.
For any of you who consistently say Alex is a "shill" or "charlatan", you should think again. Research the ingredients.
No wait, I will do it for you.....

Anyway, these guys are very respectful and prompt with the shipping.

I actually tried this product on numerous occasions and it is a great product.

You'll find the ingredient synopsis and my elaboration on each down below the review.

I firmly believe this product helped me in gaining mass, and it also seemed to send my strength up quite a bit. I was also amazed at the overall effect on lung energy (and relief of asthma) that this product gave. I would classify it as really a broad and very potent adaptogen, and indeed, there are "adaptogens" in it. I'll get to that.
Beyond all of this, I noticed that taking each dose 5 hours apart was optimal. Don't take it too close to bedtime because it can be pretty stimulating. It doesn't give you jitters, but it will give you a very profound sense of motivation and will ensure a sense of mental clarity with it.

It's comparible to a pre-workout formula when used for this purpose. It drives a noticeable "tunnel vision" feeling and also seemed to increase my vascularity as well.

I noticed a collected sense of energy and I was quicker to regain my train of thought on this. It's very clear that this supplement really covers all ground. The "Alpha" focus - described as having great levels of confidence yet clarity, and a pulsing motivation but yet having almost no anxiety...that was present on this.
And it's not a prohormone. That should say something...

Also my recovery times and soreness were dramatically decreased. It's very strong.

So overall I was very pleased with this product.
Now some of you ask what's so different about this product and other "test boosters".

Well first off, it contains all organic herbs. Let's take a look at the label.

                             SUPPLEMENT SCIENCE / INGREDIENT SYNOPSIS

TRIBULUS TERRESTRIS - Organic is a good thing, that means less or no heavy metals etc.
Tribulus Terrestris contains compounds called saponins, including a particular one called "Protodioscin".
Which has been shown to increase LH/FSH - and significant increases in DHT,DHEA and total testosterone.(1)(2)

SUMA -   Suma is an adaptogen and contains many components. It contains apigenin which inhibits aromatase activity(3)(4)(5). It also contains "beta-ecdysterone" which has potent anabolic activity - helping to build muscle and explains that fatigue alleviating effect of this formula (at least partly)(6). It also contains "Germanium" which helps improve oxygen supply to needed tissues(7).

Ashwagandha - Acts as a GABA mimetic and also increases chloride channels (positive allosteric modulator)(8)(9)(10)(11). This means ashwagandha helps to decrease anxiety and provide a sense of well-being. It may by this mechanism decrease cortisol output and the negative effects of stress(12)
Abstract

CONTEXT: Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension, which can lead to underperformance and adverse clinical conditions. Adaptogens are herbs that help in combating stress. Ayurvedic classical texts, animal studies and clinical studies describe Ashwagandha as a safe and effective adaptogen.

AIMS: The aim of the study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a high-concentration full-spectrum extract of Ashwagandha roots in reducing stress and anxiety and in improving the general well-being of adults who were under stress.

SETTINGS AND DESIGN: Single center, prospective, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial.

MATERIALS AND METHODS: A total of 64 subjects with a history of chronic stress were enrolled into the study after performing relevant clinical examinations and laboratory tests. These included a measurement of serum cortisol, and assessing their scores on standard stress-assessment questionnaires. They were randomized to either the placebo control group or the study drug treatment group, and were asked to take one capsule twice a day for a period of 60 days. In the study drug treatment group, each capsule contained 300 mg of high-concentration full-spectrum extract from the root of the Ashwagandha plant.

During the treatment period (on Day 15, Day 30 and Day 45), a follow-up telephone call was made to all subjects to check for treatment compliance and to note any adverse reactions. Final safety and efficacy assessments were done on Day 60.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS: t-test, Mann-Whitney test.

RESULTS::   The treatment group that was given the high-concentration full-spectrum Ashwagandha root extract exhibited a significant reduction (P<0.0001) in scores on all the stress-assessment scales on Day 60, relative to the placebo group. The serum cortisol levels were substantially reduced (P=0.0006) in the Ashwagandha group, relative to the placebo group. The adverse effects were mild in nature and were comparable in both the groups. No serious adverse events were reported.

CONCLUSION:

The findings of this study suggest that a high-concentration full-spectrum Ashwagandha root extract safely and effectively improves an individual's resistance towards stress and thereby improves self-assessed quality of life.

Avena Sativa - Avena Sativa (oat) has been known to increase free testosterone levels(13)(14), and although it's not standardized - it should to some extent still act this way (assuming it's dosed properly). Avena also has pro-cognitive effects and increases alpha-waves(15)(16).

Tongkat Ali - Tongkat Ali also raises free testosterone, as well as total testosterone, and may also protect against estrogen related side-effects(17)(18)(19).

Catuaba -  Catuaba is a dopamine-serotonin- reuptake inhibitor and also helps improve vascular function and helps promote vasodilation(20)(21).

Muira Puama -  May also improve free testosterone levels by binding SHBG and it is also a Dopamine D(1) agonist and Beta-Adrenergic Agonist (similar to albuterol, clenbuterol etc)(22)(23)(24).

Update ::
TASTE : I know many have complained but I actually like the sour taste of this product, it's like a very light lemonade and it is very refreshing!
For those who DO like the taste, my advice is ....Don't be eating the DAA like pixie sticks folks ;)

As a side-note, and even though DAA is supposed to be stimulating, I find no such effect so far. I recall along time ago I used a DAA product sample for about a week, and it was like the third day - I noticed some real mental clarity on it.

((( Going over the Last Couple Days )))
Definitely get a sense of mental clarity and focus on this product so far, these effects are evident about 10 mins after ingesting. Also the workout pumps are pretty noticeable. Not taking any other PWO's or anything. I do take caffeine here and there.

I noticed even a stronger leg pump while running, to where I would anticipate great effects in this area in the coming days.

Natural Herbal Histamine 3 H(3)R Antagonists.

Histamine H(3) receptors regulate histamine release; especially in the central nervous system. As a result, H3 receptors inhibit the release of multiple neurotransmitters that histamine normally stimulates through other receptors - including GABA, Acetylcholine, Dopamine, Norepinephrine and Glutamate. As H(1) receptors play a large role in calcium channel / cholinergic input that leads to wakefulness and vigilance - blockade of H(1) may produce drowsiness and sedation, whereas blockade of H(3) receptors leads to more H(1) activity and thus a higher level of wakefulness. Thus H(3) antagonists can be used for narcolepsy and other vigilance disorders.(1)(2)

In addition, since more neurotransmitters will be sustained by H(3) blockade - this can represent a novel method for treating Alzheimer's and Dementia.

There are a few different natural, herbal H(3) antagonists.

One of them is known as "Funtumia Elastica Bark" or herbal name "Yamoa".

Yamoa contains a chemical known as "Conessine" which directly antagonizes (and with great potency) the H(3) receptor. Leading to stimulation and awareness. Conessine being a natural H(3)R blocker, can also increase general metabolism and reduce appetite; which may be helpful in promoting weight loss.

Since yamoa protects against peripheral effects of histamine, and tends to lower histamine elsewhere, this should ensure that histamine plays it's role in the brain without being active enough to cause itching, allergies and asthma. Some people have reported headaches from this supplement however - as well as a slight increase in blood pressure; consistent with the stimulating effects of Conessine.

Product can be bought below. It is an expensive product but I can vouch for both the stimulant effects and relief of allergies.

The second natural H(3)R antagonist is known as
Hollarhena Antidysenterica (Conessi bark or KUTAJ)

This herbal product also contains the same active substance "Conessine".
Although the concentrations are expected to be similar between this and Yamoa, it is hard to predict which one will be of higher potency.
Personally I have always felt that Kutaj has a stronger effect overall, but you also have to take MORE of it to get that effect. So you may be better off buying two bottles instead of one. Depending on your stimulant tolerance.

Known Histamine Inhibitors / Natural Anti-Histamines (And an Overview of Histamine's Functions)

It's been a while since I touched on this subject. So many people talk about chronic allergies and asthma, especially now during the summer - and some during the fall as well. I am going to elaborate on histamine's role in all of this and also explain how you can reduce or stop the negative effects of histamine. However first you should know what histamine is and what it does.

Histamine is not a "bad chemical", unfortunately it's one of those things often lumped into the bad category because at moderate to high blood concentrations, it tends to promote bronchial constriction and allergy symptoms. It also is the chemical identified to produce a rhinitis when one gets a cold; effectively giving the cold "symptoms".

Thus, if you had no histamine - you wouldn't know when / if you get a cold.

In fact, some individuals with very low histamine almost never get sick (or fail to produce symptoms of)...however, this is a rare phenomenon.

In addition, histamine is a known proteolytic enzyme - that is, it promotes protease activity and thus protein catabolism in some tissues. As histamine is an immune modulator or regulator itself - high levels can cause suppression of the immune system.

However there are benefits of histamine and these are also left out when one takes OTC or prescribed anti-histamines.

Benadryl, Zyrtec, Allegra and Seroquel (!) are all example of potent Anti-Histamine drugs, selective for the H(1) receptor - H1 receptors are histamine receptors that are involved in wakefulness and promote calcium channel release(!)(!)(!). Calcium Channels are basically spontaneous electrical waves that help to conduct messages between nerves. Calcium itself (the mineral) gets transformed into an ion that is present in these electrical waves.(!)
What this means is when histamine binds to H(1) and activates the receptor, the above effects occur through calcium channel activation (mainly).
Just think Histamine is the Key -----H(1) receptor is the Lock/Door ---- now Histamine opens it and allows the calcium channels to flood in and out.

Now the reason why we need some calcium channels - is to promote alertness and cognitive ability. Now indeed, there are other neurotransmitters that can promote calcium channels, but none are quite as potent as H(1) receptors and other Histamine receptors for that matter.

So the use of anti-histamine drugs not only produced drowsiness and sedation, but due to the fairly long half-life of some of them, it may interfere with some normal cognitive (thinking) abilities then next day.

It even sais it on the label - "may cause drowsiness, use caution when operating a vehicle etc"
We've all seen it.

So what other options are there besides drugs - what are some natural anti-histamine's you can take for allergies and asthma?

Well let's go on to figure out (briefly) how histamine is produced - and why some of us are hassled with high levels.

Histamine is produced from the amino acid "L-Histidine" - so any Foods we eat that contain histidine, will increase histamine levels. (ESPECIALLY Processed foods or GMO's, which contain abnormal and synthetic forms of histidine).

In addition, eating cheese often and taking whey protein (both contain fairly high levels of histidine) - will increase histamine levels quite significantly.

There's another part of this chain missing though, in order for L-Histidine to be converted into Histamine, you have to have an enzyme called "Histidine Decarboxylase"....this enzyme is significantly inhibited (reduced) by CATECHINS. Catechins are the beneficial component's of Green Tea extract - but you need a potent HIGH EGCG content and / or high Catechin content to actually do this.

That means simply drinking green tea will have only a very slight and insignificant effect on histamine production.

However, taking High EGCG / Catechin extracts of Green Tea (GTE = Green Tea Extract) will certainly reduce HDC (Histidine Decarboxylase) and thus histamine production.

GTE / EGCG will NOT shut down histamine production completely, it will simply normalize the levels.

Thus you won't get the Sedative effects that Pharmaceutical preparations give.

My personal favorite Green Tea / EGCG extract Supplement is the one shown below.

Full Pharmacodynamics / Mechanism of Action Overview of "ICARIIN"

Another compilation. This time I aim to effectively outline the many mechanisms of action for "Icariin" and this includes the more obscure pathways. Icariin is well-defined as a "natural PDE-5" inhibitor - but it actually affects vascular function by other pathways as well.

Icariin is a compound isolated from the plant "Epimedium" also known more commonly as "Horny Goat Weed" - it has been shown to have neuroprotective effects, anti-depressant effects and erectogenic effects. It may help treat Alzheimer's and other memory disorders and can effectively treat high blood pressure.

MECHANISM #1

PDE-5 Inhibition / cGMP Synthesis / nNOS Acitvator

    OVERVIEW / SUMMARY

Icariin decreases the "expression" of PDE-5 enzymes over time, this means that there is a long-term decrease yielding permanent changes in genetic coding to this enzyme. As opposed to just temporarily blocking it, which it also does.

NOTE :: By this mechanism one could presume (though it has lower affinity than Say, Viagra) that it may give one more leverage over time as well as a permanent enhancing effect. Many people ask then, how long before Icariin supplements kick in or how long do they take to work?

ANSWER :: Based on the studies, it would seem plausible that minor effects would be felt in the first couple days (due to inhibition of PDE-5), but the peak effects would come after any where from 2-4 weeks of use(due to downregulation).

To further investigate the mechanisms of action of icariin (ICA), we assessed the effects of ICA on the in vitro formation of cGMP and cAMP in isolated rabbit corpus cavernosum. Isolated segments of rabbit corpus cavernosum were exposed to increasing concentrations of ICA and the dose-dependent accumulation of cGMP and cAMP was determined in the tissues samples by means of 125I radioimmunoassay. Responses of the isolated tissues preparations to ICA were compared with those obtained with the reference compounds sildenafil (Sild). Furthermore, the effects of ICA on the mRNA expression of specific cGMP-binding phosphodiesterase type V (PDE5) in rat penis were also observed. After incubation with ICA for 6 h or 14 h respectively, the levels of PDE5 mRNA were examined by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The results showed that ICA increased cGMP concentrations directly (P < 0.05), but there was no significant effect on cAMP concentrations (P > 0.05). In the presence of sodium nitroprusside (SNP), a stimulatory agent of cGMP, both ICA and Sild increased cGMP concentrations with increasing dose (P < 0.01). Their EC50 was 4.62 (ICA) and 0.42 (Sild) micromol/L respectively. Under the same condition, ICA and Sild unaltered cAMP level significantly (P > 0.05). There were PDE5A1 and PDE5A2 mRNA expressions in rat corpus cavernosum with PDE5A2 being the dominant isoform. ICA could obviously inhibit these two isoforms mRNA expression in rat penis, and decrease PDE5A1 more pronouncedly (P < 0.01). The present study indicated that the aphrodisiac mechanisms of icariin involved the NO-cGMP signal transduction pathway, with increasing cGMP levels in the corpus cavernosum smooth muscle. The inhibitory effect of icariin on PDE5 mRNA expression, especially on PDE5A1, might account for its molecular mechanisms for its long-term activity.

Potent inhibition of human phosphodiesterase-5 by icariin derivatives.

Dell'Agli M1, Galli GV, Dal Cero E, Belluti F, Matera R, Zironi E, Pagliuca G, Bosisio E.

 Abstract

Plant extracts traditionally used for male impotence (Tribulus terrestris, Ferula hermonis, Epimedium brevicornum, Cinnamomum cassia), and the individual compounds cinnamaldehyde, ferutinin, and icariin, were screened against phosphodiesterase-5A1 (PDE5A1) activity. Human recombinant PDE5A1 was used as the enzyme source. Only E. brevicornum extract (80% inhibition at 50 microg/mL) and its active principle icariin (1) (IC50 5.9 microM) were active. To improve its inhibitory activity, 1 was subjected to various structural modifications. Thus, 3,7-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)icaritin (5), where both sugars in 1 were replaced with hydroxyethyl residues, potently inhibited PDE5A1 with an IC50 very close to that of sildenafil (IC50 75 vs 74 nM). Thus, 5 was 80 times more potent than 1, and its selectivity versus phosphodiesterase-6 (PDE6) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate-phosphodiesterase (cAMP-PDE) was much higher in comparison with sildenafil. The improved pharmacodynamic profile and lack of cytotoxicity on human fibroblasts make compound 5 a promising candidate for further development.

Abstract

OBJECTIVES: To investigate the effect of icariin on the cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-hydrolytic activity of phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) isoforms and the cGMP levels in cavernous smooth muscle cells treated with sodium nitroprusside (SNP).

METHODS: PDE5 isoforms (PDE5A1, A2, and A3) were isolated from sf9 insect cells infected with baculoviruses carrying PDE5 isoform cDNA. Icariin was isolated from Epimedii herba. Varying amounts (10(-6) to 10(-11) M) of icariin or zaprinast were added to reaction mixtures containing PDE5 isoforms and cGMP. The inhibitory effects of icariin and zaprinast were analyzed by GraphPad Software and are expressed as concentration that inhibits 50% (IC50) values. Cavernous smooth muscle cells were isolated from 3-month-old rats, treated with icariin (100 and 200 microM) or zaprinast (200 microM) for 15 minutes, and then with 10 microM SNP for 30, 60, 120, 240, and 360 minutes. The cells were then analyzed for the cGMP concentration using an enzyme immunoassay system.

RESULTS: Icariin inhibited PDE5A1, A2, and A3 with an IC50 value of 1.0, 0.75, and 1.1 microM, respectively. The corresponding IC50 values for zaprinast were 0.33, 0.23, and 0.32 microM. Icariin consistently outperformed the control (SNP-only treatment) in maintaining greater cGMP levels, particularly at the greater concentration of 200 microM. In contrast, zaprinast at 200 microM did better than the control only at 60 and 360 minutes. CONCLUSIONS: Icariin was inhibitory to all three PDE5 isoforms with similar IC50 values, which were approximately three times greater than those for zaprinast. Icariin was able to enhance cGMP levels in SNP-treated cavernous smooth muscle cells.

                                                        MECHANISM #2

                                  Calcium Channel Regulator

Icariin appears to be able to inhibit inward calcium currents and protect against excitotoxicity (namely Glutamate) by this mechanism. Thus, it can be seen as a type of Ca2+ modulator.

Calcium Channels normally act to excite the nervous system and increase levels of glutamate, acetylcholine and norepinephrine.

               http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20128049
Abstract

Overload of intracellular calcium caused by amyloid-beta peptide has been implicated in the pathogenesis of neuronal damage in Alzheimer's disease. Voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) provide one of the major sources of Ca(2+) entry into cells. Here, we investigated whether icariin had effect on the changes of calcium currents induced by Abeta(25-35) in hippocampal pyramidal neurons. Using whole-cell patch-clamp, we showed that Abeta(25-35) enhanced the inward Ba(2+) and Ca(2+) currents. The currents were partially inhibited by Ni(2+) and completely suppressed by Cd(2+), indicating that Abeta(25-35) disrupts intracellular calcium homeostasis via the modulation of both L- and T-type channels. Furthermore, Icariin nearly complete suppressed the abnormal inward calcium currents induced by Abeta(25-35) in a dose-dependant manner. Our findings suggest that the potential neuroprotective effect of icariin on Abeta(25-35)-induced neurotoxicity via the balance intracelluar calcium homeostasis.

MECHANISM #3

"Testosterone Mimetic"

Abstract AIM: To evaluate the testosterone mimetic properties of Icariin.

METHODS: Forty-eight healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats at the age of 15 months were randomly divided into four groups with 12 rats each: the control group (C), the model group (M), the icariin group (ICA) and the testosterone group (T). The reproductive system was damaged by cyclophosphamide (intraperitoneal injection, 20 mg/kg x day) for 5 consecutive days for groups M, ICA and T, at the sixth day, ICA (gastric gavage, 200 mg/kg x day) for the ICA group and sterandryl (subcutaneous injection, 5 mg/rat . day) for the T group for 7 consecutive days, respectively. The levels of serum testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), serum bone Gla-protein (BGP) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase activity in serum (StrACP) were determined. The histological changes of the testis and the penis were observed by microscope with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase biotin-dUTP-X nick end labeling (TUNEL), respectively. RESULTS: (1) Icariin improved the condition of reproductive organs and increased the circulating levels of testosterone. (2) Icariin treatment also improved the steady-state serum BGP and might have promoted bone formation. At the same time, it decreased the serum levels of StrACP and might have reduced the bone resorption. (3) Icarrin suppressed the extent of apoptosis of penile cavernosal smooth muscle cells.

CONCLUSION: Icariin has testosterone mimetic properties and has therapeutic potential in the management of hypoandrogenism.

MECHANISM # 4

"AChE Inhibitor" (Acetylcholinesterase Inhibitor)

Icariin may increase levels of acetylcholine by blocking the enzyme that breaks it down.

Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitors are mainly used in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD). The inhibitory effect of icariin on the activity of AChE was investigated by inhibition kinetics. The binding interaction and binding sites between icariin and AChE were also studied by using fluorimetry and molecular docking, respectively. The results showed that icariin could potently inhibit the activity of AChE, the IC50 value was determined to be 3.50 x 10(-8) mol x L(-1), and the determined IC50 value to tacrine was 0.75 x 10(-8) mol x L(-1). Kinetic analyses showed that icariin is a reversible and mixed type AChE inhibitor. The inhibition constants K1 and K(IS) were determined to be 2.67 x 10(-8) and 4.43 x 10(-8) mol x L(-1), respectively. Icariin binds selectively to the AChE peripheral anionic site via hydrogen bonds and Van der Waals forces.

Fable Anniversary Review

Fable is one of those games that definitely gets over looked by most hardcore gamers simply because of mixed reviews, the truth of it is, if you're looking for a new game and a good time you won't go wrong with either Fable two or three which are Xbox 360 exclusives, Fable Anniversary which is also an Xbox exclusive is for players looking forward to experiencing what exactly happened in the first fable and it varies from player to player because Fable is a shape your own destiny kind of game. And with that being said, from childhood you are given the opportunity to make honest hard earned gold, or lie steal bludgeon and extort money like a common thug, but the gameplay goes much deeper then saying - so you either play a Hero or a villain. It's so much more intricate, you go from a peasant into what ever it is you make your self be it murder, thief, drifter, nobleman, Arcane mage, black mage, spell sword, or any thing in between. I personally prefer the harbinger of death. At certain times during the game you'll find yourself wandering through a quiet little village wondering who's watching the houses, then you'll find yourself unlawfully entering someone's property and stealing what you please but at the price that your once devilishly handsome character has a certainly new glow about him the more wrong you do the more evil generates around you. Eventually giving you horns a red aura and loss of hair. The opposite effect of being a limey goody two shoes is you receive a halo and a golden aura and people will like you so hope you're proud of yourself.

The gameplay on the other hand is sweet; its as hack and slash as its ever going to get in this lifetime commands are activated by simple button presses corresponding to what ever it is you intend to do and of course there's briefing and story, but ill let you get into the finer points when you purchase borrow or rent the game your self I personally am a fable junkie and over the years they have only gotten better! Income in the game doesn't always have to be ill gotten like I prefer but a multitude of options presents itself when the time for making gold is at hand which is as soon as you graduate the guild even during but were talking big heaps of gold the spoils of war am I right?... Right... So you can undertake quests both main and side's which always offer a boasting option and these gambits range from do the quest using no magic or weapons to doing the quest in your underwear, its to please your crowd and gain fame and to make a little extra on the side. You can also buy and rent houses and shops to pick up some extra ka ching on the side. You can accumulate up to three bags of gold on a property one every three days and if you don't mind the wait you can exploit the game for some major coinage. Well that's my review for Fable anniversary hope you enjoyed that's all for today see you next time on mixed reviews.

Wednesday Night, Thursday Night. Today.
Observations.
-Feel like I slept a little better last night. Had some interesting dreams the last two.
-Shoulder's;Rows,Dumbells,Declines;weighted,press. Felt very focused and didn't drink any coffee today. Must have been the quality sleep.

Moving forth. Extra hungry today.

Saturday Report

OK - Definitely now noticing some very notable things.
First of all - appetite is noticeably up. Energy and Endurance as well as recovery time all improved!
I attribute a lot of this to increased sleep but it is a VERY clean and smooth feeling. I feel in the "Zone" almost all day and I am much more productive - especially today.

                                          MONDAY 7 - 7 -2014 UPDATE
Noticing that my ability to lift til failure is greatly improved. Last set's are becoming easier on the Bench. I also have noticed a very strong, "ZONE" emerging during my Run's. I am able to endure and I find myself taking almost zero resting time.
There is a DEFINITE decrease in soreness and a very very noticeable improvement in recovery time. I am convinced this product is definitely increase GH and growth factor levels. Also my veins in my chest are poking out a lot more!!!!

Sleep is absolutely amazing! I am getting 9 hours / night and I am waking up without a need for coffee or any kind of stim! This stuff is for real friends! Enjoying this much!

7-11-2014

very interesting few days/ nights. I've noticed my lifts went up and endurance during cardio - and my ability to handle simple arguments has been improved. I've felt less impatient so far on this - overall. I've also been feeling the effects of greatly improved sleep. 9 hours a night some nights!!!
I've felt an overall improvement in well-being...i did notice a weird tingling sensation in my arms the other night...almost felt like a niacin flush!?!?
In addition - my appetite has shot way up. Which has been a great feeling as normally i struggle to push down the extra calories!
Whatever it is with this combination of ingredients, it works very well!

7-15-2014
Everything has been going about the same, though one of the capsules split today (didn't notice) and that combination was pretty nasty!
Sleep is still well on and through and my energy and motivation for each morning seems to keep increasing. It's like a really good vibe hits. Also I should note once again for the record - SORENESS times are DRAMATICALLY decreased on this!
Also my lifts on the bench have went up as have reps!
I've also noticed an extra boost in endurance (even with pullups) but I am guessing that this has to do with increased recovery / sleep as well.
Noticing that there is MUCH fuller feeling to my biceps and forearms and it seems like there is a bit of a drying effect from this sup.
Overall - I am loving this product.
When I get to the end of the review - I will post a final synopsis and this will include in-depth information on every aspect.

7-21-2014
Meant to update earlier! Been very busy with work and have had a couple unexpected happenings in the past few days.
Overall, eating more on this product and getting better sleep has made a definite change, and I've gained about a couple pounds of lean mass as well

(aprox,almost).
The solid, grainy look is really coming out while on this product.
Strength and Energy are unreal on this, remarkable especially considering I am not using any caffeine or PWO most days.

Yet there's a strange consistency and an almost, other worldly focus.

7-25-2014

Well getting near the end of the bottle now....almost.
I'm still enjoying the sleep on this product I am really enjoying the strength increases and just overall mental clarity during the day. It does make me a little tired after taking it, but it's not like a tranquilizer. That's the point though. It does definitely improve my ability to get to sleep and I STAY asleep. Turn them lights off and I'm in for some interesting dreams that I can recall as well!!!

Also people frequently ask what the effects are on libido. Well mines always sky high anyhow so I can't expect too many changes there. However I've caught myself drifting into fantasies far more often than I normally do - especially the last week.

I've also noticed that my allergies have piped down (normally flare up around this time) so it would seem this product has a potent anti-histamine type effect...???

Could be cus of better sleep and just overall well-being.

Everything feels very smooth and my lifts are still improving, especially the last sets til failure.

7-28-2014

Nothing too much new to report. I'm going to give an overview here.

SLEEP - 10/10 - Sleep is mighty and dreams are very vivid but not disturbing. The relaxing effect and quality sleep really makes a profound difference. Furthermore, I have more patience the next day to deal with people.

LIBIDO - (!) As said before - dramatic increase in daydrifting and fantasies on this product. Surprising because they are normally fairly frequent - but this intensifies everything! At least that's what I have found.

STRENGTH -9 / 10  Definite increases in overall strength and this is probably because of the sleep. But I noticed better pumps as well that I don't think can be fully attributed just to increased sleep / quality either. I was not taking any N.O products during the entire course of using this supplement.

I barely used caffeine....

TONING/VASCULARITY - 10/10 - The reason why I am giving this a ten out of ten is because it's not particularly for this purpose, but muscle definition and overall vascularity was greatly improved on this product.

ENDURANCE -9 / 10 - Due to increased GH secretion I presume, and better sleep - quality of all cardio workouts and core body workouts was enhanced And I felt like it was a much quicker time period in and out - all while having that "Zone" atmosphere. Absolute endorphin rush and smooth.

RECOVERY - 10/10

Dramatic Increases in recovery, soreness was at time almost non-existent, and recovery times GREATLY decreased.

OVERALL PRODUCT RATING
10 / 10 - I have nothing bad to say, Outstanding Product!!
