AntiDepressants that Increase Sex Drive / Libido (Pro-Sexual Anti-Depressants List)

While most antidepressants are known for 'killing' libido, or decreasing sex drive significantly, there are some others that do the opposite, for many.

In this article we are going to go over those as well as the mechanisms of each of these drugs, and the WHY each one has its own difference. Each medication has its own section and Picture here, so as to make the whole read easier and understandable.  This list includes all current (up to 2017) Psychiatric medications used for Major Depressive Disorder (M.D.D) which is the clinical classification for Depression.

As a general rule, medications that block the breakdown or reuptake of Serotonin tend to decrease sex drive, whereas medications that block serotonin receptors tend to increase libido, IF they do not also have anti-dopamine or anti-glutamate actions. The drugs used for smoking cessation tend to have dual benefit as anti-depressants and are very strong in that regard. Certain drugs have more plausible benefit for libido than others due to purely pharmacokinetic differences; including in absorption and absolute bioavailability.

NOTE: I've gone through a lot of lab-testing and a lot of personal trial-and-error to find sites / stores that are legitimate and high-purity, simply click the medication name below to be directed to the store/buying page, they are also the best prices I could find on them.

THE LIST - SO WHICH IS THE BEST DEPRESSION MED FOR SEX DRIVE?

1.) Wellbutrin/Zyban/Bupropion : Easily hits number 1 on this list purely because it only affects (and enhances) dopamine system activity [1], with some effect on norepinephrine [2] and some mild anti-nicotinic/anti-cholinergic activity [3] as lesser effects. Wellbutrin is incredibly popular in the United States as a ''quit smoking aid'', it is thought that Wellbutrin decreases both cravings and the effects of nicotine [4] [5] in part by blocking the receptors that Nicotine binds to (nicotinic-acetylcholine-receptors) thereby blocking the 'subjective' effects of Nicotine [6] [7].

Wellbutrin also has the ability to result in rapid anti-depressant effects when administered at a dose between 150 - 300 mg per day, 150 mg x2 a day is a reasonable dose for most people with actual Depression [8] [9].

The drug is well-tolerated and people tend to like the pro-sexual/recreational benefits as it heightens sensation, pleasure/arousal and libido drastically [10].

It can be bought by the pill, meaning you can choose to buy 5 pills or 10 or 30, or 60 etc it can be bought --> HERE

2.) Aurorix/Moclobemide : Moclobemide is a MAO-A or monoamine-oxidase-A inhibitor  [11] which boosts libido by blocking the breakdown of monoamines and catecholamines, it elevates dopamine levels [12] [13] and can also increase Testosterone levels in Men [14].

Moclobemide is very effective at enhancing mainly the male libido, and keeping hormones healthy, but it may be effective for Women who take it as well [15]

Be sure to take all medication as prescribed, including Aurorix/Moclobemide.

Typical dose of moclobemide is >300 mg / day.

3.) Agomelatine : Agomelatine is a relatively new anti-depressant which is also a good anti-anhedonic (anhedonia is the inability to feel pleasure or satisfaction from activities and lack of emotional quality). Agomelatine is unique in that it antagonizes/blocks the 5-HT2C serotonin receptor [16] [17] [18]; leading to enhanced dopamine/noradrenaline release in Humans [19] [20]. The drug is very safe, and VERY effective at relieving symptoms of Depression [21] [22]. It also improves Insomnia effectively [23].

The rest of Agomelatine's actions relate to melatonin-agonism (stimulation) which can improve neuron growth in the Brain/nervous system and can treat Insomnia/Sleep Difficulties effectively [24] [25].

Agomelatine thus is very useful, it can be bought at Ceretropic in the form of powder, if you want brand pills, ask your Doc for a script. It enhances dopamine and noradrenaline and promotes libido in the vast majority of people who use it.

4.) Trazodone : Trazodone is an effective anti-depressant [26] and sleep aid [27] as well as anti-anxiety pill [28], and can treat/eliminate erectile dysfunction, including severe cases in Young patients [29] [30] [31] and in some of the Elderly [32]. It increases 'sexual arousal' rather than libido, in the classical sense, but still is considered a pro-sexual agent with anti-depressant properties, and in that sense, is the best drug in its class.

Trazodone has been used for a long time, almost as long as tricyclics and has incredible long-term benefits, but does have a hypotensive effect [33], particularly at higher doses [34] and when combined with other medications that affect blood pressure [35].

The medication is generally well-tolerated.

5.) Mirtazapine/Remeron : Classified as an 'atypical anti-depressant' and specifically as a noradrenaline and serotonin system modulator, a complex mechanism of action involving alpha-2-blockade and downregulation [36] [37] and serotonin 5-HT2A/2C blockade; leading to enhancement of frontal dopamine/noradrenaline release.

Though sedating at low doses (15 mg), Remeron's antidepressant benefits become more apparent at doses of >30 mg up to 45 mg and 60 mg being maximum dose [38]

The benefits of this drug are many, it has beneficial effects on stress hormones, lowers cortisol/ACTH and decreases Prolactin levels. It may even increase longevity and have anti-aging effects on the cardiovascular system and on cells in general. It can be used for libido and general strength & Vigor.

Natural Evidence Based Treatments for Gonorrhea "The Clap'' (Natural Cure for Gonorrhea Infection)

I've searched around on this before, just out of general curiosity and ...to be honest, anticipating some at least DECENT suggestions posed by other Author's. Unfortunately, what I found I was not impressed with.

The majority of these ''natural health sites'' promote unsubstantiated evidence, and that's it. They have no medical authority, and rarely provide direct, informative, and credible citations. Instead they expect people to rely on poorly stated 'alternative' remedies with no standing, no precedent...and I'm not saying alternative remedies are illegitimate, but the ones that are being pushed for complex diseases and infections DO NOT fit into the right criteria to as a 'treatment'.

So I'll leave my disdain for Charlatan's there.

(And btw, there are 'alternative remedies' listed later on in this article but the RIGHT ones, proven ones, not snake oil)

Gonorrhea is a bacterial infection produced by {Neisseria gonorrhoeae} bacterium and it is an infection that can affect the Throat, Testicles, Penis, Vagina and uterus as well as eventually, the Blood, Joints, Bone and Heart - if untreated, these complications are rare of course, like 1 in 500, but at the very least, the chances of Gonorrhea causing infertility are fairly good (like 1 in 15, in untreated persons whom are susceptible). Now that number [1 in 15] may not sound very good/high, but it is when you calculate what that means for an average population, a region, a City. It results in explained infertility in the thousands...And we wonder why Infertility is on the rise, this bacteria often causes no symptoms even after infection [1] [2] [3].

Besides infertility, Gonorrhea often can cause Epididymitis ; which is inflammation of the tube at the back of the testicle that stores and carries sperm [4] [5] [6].

EPIDIDYMITIS SYMPTOMS WHEN CAUSED BY GONORRHEA INCLUDE...
  • Pain in the testicle or both testicles.
  • Pain during urination.
  • Discharge from penis  and / or swollen lymph nodes in the groin.
  • Urinary: frequent urge to urinate or frequent urination.
  • Can cause also painful ejaculation.

ORCHITIS IS A INFLAMED TESTICLE OR TESTICLES; THIS CAUSES WORSE SYMPTOMS INCLUDING...

  • Testicle Swelling/Enlargement
  • Sensitive Testicles
  • Heavy Testicle Pain
  • ''Surges'' of Pain in one or both testicles.
  • Blood in urine and blood in semen/ejaculate.
IF GONORRHEA GETS TO THE POINT WHERE IT INFECTS OTHER ORGANS THEN THE SYMPTOMS CAN BE...

...So now how do we TREAT this Awful disease, well, get 'ridda the Bacteria 'o course.

EVIDENCE BASED NATURAL / HERBAL TREATMENTS FOR GONORRHEA INFECTION

1.) Turmeric/Curcumin : Turmeric is a spice, Curcumin the 'active component' in the spice that confers health benefits. Curcumin/Turmeric is one of the only herbal supplements EVER proven to actually treat Gonorrhea by inhibiting its growth in the same manner as antibiotics, IN A LIVING HUMAN BEING, actually, a group of them [7] [8] [9].

The trick is - it HAS to be taken with AT LEAST 2000 IU's of Vitamin D for active synergism (combinative effort between the two nutrients) and for a real result to be manifested.

First, you should begin taking them AS SOON AS YOU SUSPECT INFECTION

Turmeric/Curcumin should be bought from a certified, lab-tested HIGH-POTENCY source such as Barlowe's. He's a good fella based in Florida (West Palm Beach) who has some of the most potent herbal supplements I've ever seen (or taken) and at RIDICULOUSLY good prices, each of his products (including Turmeric/Curcumin) is under 20$ with only a few exceptions, he also sells every notable aphrodisiac that has ever had any credibility!

2.) HIGH-ALLICIN Garlic Extract [!] : Regular 'ol Garlic might inhibit the progression of Gonorrhea infection, if used at about 1/4 to 1/2 a teaspoon a day, on food, or in drink, or eaten directly (not recommended), but to actually have a TREATMENT you need a SUPER-HIGH percentage of the active component within Garlic; Allicin. Allicin is the main anti-bacterial and anti-viral component in Garlic powder & Garlic cloves...its also present in Onions and contributes to the 'eye-watering' effect. A pungent anti-bacterial substance, how 'bout that?

We need Kyolic Green Label for potent inhibition of Mr and Mrs Neisseria.

NOTE: You can simply 'sprinkle' Garlic on each of your foods, but this won't be enough to cure the infection, you will need way more than that, this #2 option is also very much so optional, but it can speed progress and removal of the infection from your Body, if implemented correctly.

3.) Olive Leaf Extract (OLE) [!] : Must contain greater than 25% Oleuropein (Active Ingredient found in Olive Oil & Olive Leaf). Click the little enclosed exclamation mark near the name of the product to view the National Institute of Health's citation.

Take the product mentioned herein for AT LEAST 9 weeks! To be sure the infection is cleared, USE WITH THE OTHER METHODS IN THIS ARTICLE!

Since Oleuropein and Olive Leaf are potent antimicrobials, and can also fight viral infections like Herpes and Hepatitis A, B & C [!] - it is crucial that this treatment be included in your Anti-Gonorrhea supplement regimen.

Take 2-3 capsules of this product twice per day for the first 7 days, or up to 14 days if you feel the need then 1 capsule twice a day thereafter, until 3 months + have gone by.

4.) Mangosteen Fruit/Extract/Juice [!] : Can be eaten, drank or supplemented with, or all of the above, but you need to take enough of it, too. Two 8 oz. glasses won't do it - try at least 5 glasses of nice tall and proud, Mangosteen juice.

Supplement with this brand of Mangosteen extract as well, or eat the whole fruit daily for at least 3-5 weeks.

Mangosteen directly attacks the Neisseria bacteria that causes Gonorrhea infection.

It also blocks its protein synthesis without interrupting the protein synthesis of cells and organs in our own body!

Now that's wonderful, and convenient. :)

Probiotics should be taken daily and can help the Mangosteen's acidic components rid the Gonorrhea infection.

5.) Colloidal Silver Supplement [!] : Perhaps the living legend out of the series of supplements presented here, Silver is an INCREDIBLY powerful anti-bacterial agent to which no bacteria seems to be able to build a ''resistance'' against, affirming Silver's diverse and efficient 'attack methods' against bacterial and viral infections, it can also help prevent host cells from becoming infected with Herpes, Hepatitis and HIV.

Silver Bullet is the best product by the best brand, by far.

It was formulated in part by the infamous Doctor Ed.Group @ The Global Healing Center.

Take as directed on bottle.

Can Proviron Be Used for Erectile Dysfunction / Difficulties? (Proviron VS Viagra for Impotence)

Proviron (Mesterolone), has proven to be a very diverse little remedy for many ailments. It is so widely used nowadays by Bodybuilders and even recreationally by some Runners and triathletes, that it has become somewhat a 'secret elixir'. Especially by those who favor androgens and the like compounds.

There really is no comparison to it, for an oral androgen that exhibits specific androgenicity versus anabolic activity, thus it is a specific androgenic aid, with very reliable actions on nervous system and strength.

Now the question Today is whether it is also a proven or valuable remedy for Impotence, a horrible disorder where the man can not become erect from sexual arousal nor touch, or not 'hard-enough' for intercourse, in these cases, the problem mostly comes from a vascular issue, however, these issues can START as a hormonal issue. We largely are talking about androgen deficiencies, a condition which Mesterolone here, can help greatly with [1] [2] [3].

The PROBLEM is, that Proviron is not a guaranteed cure for Impotence, in fact, it only really works when there is either 1.) A Clear androgen deficiency/problem  or 2.) Decreased/loss of libido which is happening simultaneously (at the same time) as the erectile difficulties...in other cases, the classical 'blue pill' (Viagra) may be of better use.

With that being said, Proviron can certainly be used in conjunction (with, along side) with Sildenafil citrate, or another 'boner pill', but it at doses between 25-50 mg twice a day are ideal, so as not to disturb natural hormone balance [4] [5]

I've also found, and it has been my experience in dealing with so many issues clinically, that the drug Masteron may actually fare better than Proviron if there is a chronic Impotency issue.

It has been found that libido issues often occur from other causes as well, so you'll need a Doctor (G.P/Phy/PCP) to rule out trauma, and other Physical and / or Psychogenic causes...if the cause of the erectile dysfunction is deemed to be psychological, then the drug Trazodone may be most useful, as it causes vasodilation and adrenaline blockade, is studied specifically in E.D patients with psychogenic erectile dysfunction [6] [7] [8] [9]. This includes particularly young patients as well. For other types of erectile dysfunction, consulting a Physician is always important.

Medical Uses of Kratom (List of Medicinal / General Uses of Kratom)

After DEA armed up last month (now last year) against Kratom, many people were (and still are) wondering how a large 'protective' agency and another suppposedly legitimate 'consumer-based agency' as the FDA, could target such a harmless young plant...a plant that only seeks to do Good.

...For this plant to be robbed of its innocence, is also robbing people of the `choice` of natural pain relief...and healing. Therefore, this ''herb'' which has been used for Ages in South-East Asia, is being targeted, wrongfully...!

There is no justification for this, it doesn't have to be paragraph upon paragraph of the research, but I'm going to say it anyway - because simple or long, banning a natural remedy which could HELP PEOPLE GET OFF OPIATES, is a criminal act. If not criminal, then Blind. Blind of the consequences, and certainly blind of the Truth.

So let's get started, shall we?

~MEDICAL USES OF KRATOM & PROVEN SCIENCE~

  1. Kratom primarily offers the benefit of fast, consistent and natural pain relief, when used responsibly, it acts as a pain-reliever on both the nerves and on muscle tissue as well as Joints - in other words, a universal natural pain reliever, one that can be applied to almost any form of pain [1] [2] [3].
  2. Kratom can act as a mood booster, again, when used responsibly and in careful, minimal doses, it is a safe & effective natural anti-depressant, but should be used primarily for pain relief by those in need [4] [5].
  3. Kratom is a powerful 'calming agent' due to its alkaloids central action [6] [7] [8] [9]. NOTE: Not all strains are this way though, gotta do your research
  4. Kratom is an anti-inflammatory, to some extent [10].
  5. Kratom is an immune-booster, many report it as 10x stronger than Vitamin C, science backs it up [11] [12] [13].

So there we have it, a Quick Overview of Kratom's proven benefits. Now of course, there are twice as many 'unproven benefits' but we are concerned with the Proven ones - they are the ones that matter, in relation to general health, and in relation to knowledge regarding Kratom, but ESPECIALLY, for making the CASE on Kratom's behalf, for reinforcing the FACTS that show Kratom's legitimacy - and unprecedented usefulness.

KRATOM QUACKS, BUT ONLY WITH ONE-EYE OPEN!

I'll be the first one to admit how many Quacks there are out there, and how many unsubstantiated claims there are regarding Kratom - cus' I've seen them all. No you can't pull the wool over my eyes, and those who are partially blind, and I mean from an understanding perspective, are the ones who (usually) fall victim to Kratom quacks and Charlatan's, but let's not get into the view that every claim that doesn't fall under the above is 'quackery', in fact - let's give people the benefit of the doubt for the other uses of Kratom. You see, I don't have anything against belief, especially in natural remedies, and in Insightful Judgement. When people learn, it makes me happy.

I'm not a narrow-minded Guy either - I understand things. Well. Thoroughly. Its only when barbarian style attacks against things that do us well emerge out of the Dirt, so to speak, and crap gets spewed out of a horse's ass that doesn't know where 'he came from - that I get really pissed off.

Okay there's other stuff that pisses me off.

But let's leave that there.

The thing is everyone has a Voice, but everyone is capable of a slithering tongue as well, so therefore, as much as some things can be discounted, just as many 'wrong' claims should be shunned.

Let's be more specific.

KRATOM IS NOT...

  1. An ''Orgasm-inducer'' - and it doesn't create the 'Wave' effect that Heroin does - and it should be seen even remotely similar to prescription and 'street' Opiates...in any way, because that just distorts the fact of what Kratom really is.
  2. Kratom is NOT a tool to take over the World, it is not Cocaine, and it does NOT allow one to leap over buildings and avoid all pain that comes from brushing your knee-cap against a Stone Wall.
  3. Kratom is not used for Spiritual Encounters, and it is not a hallucinogen (Sorry Guys).
  4. Kratom is not nitrous, it doesn't cause you to burst out laughing in the middle-of-nowhere, but it may have that effect (Maybe!).
  5. Kratom is not something that will give you super-human strength, or to break out of handcuffs, and it will not allow you to read people's thoughts.

So now that that's out of the way, I think its safe to say you can all stay...here, and keep reading!

  1. Kratom has a mysterious past behind it, and though it has been mentioned in Shaman texts, it is mostly in the context of healing and pain relief, and as far as that goes, Kratom is literally a living miracle.
  2. Kratom is a Plant, A Tree, it has leaves, and it breathes...ain't that exciting?
  3. Kratom is a resilient plant, and grows fine under a lot of different conditions.
  4. Kratom is easy to take care of ^, but if you grow one, or keep one, do take care of it Please!
  5. Kratom is specially gifted in the ''art of ease and relaxation'', it should not be underestimated, but it should not be abused, either...

5 All Natural Stress Relievers

#1 Meditation – Mediation is an all-natural ancient strategy, originally used to strengthen and deepen the connection between humans and the mystic forces of life and the natural world; now commonly used as a quick way to relieve anxiety and stress as well as finding your inner self. Meditation entertains your feeling of self-awareness and self-being, giving off a sense of peace, relaxation and steadiness which could not only impact your immediate emotion, but your overall health in ways that man-made medicine could not.

How to meditate – There are many ways to meditate, as it is sort of an “acquired taste”, and personal preference. The most commercial and universal way to meditate would be sitting with your legs crossed (like a normal kindergarten crisscross applesauce style), wrists placed onto knees, while making an "OK" symbol with your hands while bringing your index finger and your thumb together, leaving the free.

Be sure to seat yourself in a room without sound (or with calming music), and for dramatic effect, dim the light and burn some incense. From here, I count up to 100, pacing myself and then counting down from 50 while simultaneously focusing on each part of your body for a few seconds; starting at your feet, legs, hips, stomach, arms, hands, chest, neck and ending at the head. At this point, I am normally calmed and focused on nothing but myself. You are now free from your worries, at least temporarily. More than anything, this helps me realize that there is more to do in life rather worry and that your mind is capable of millions.

#2 Be expressive – Whether you paint, draw, write, sing or dance, there are tons of ways to express yourself and nothing makes you feel more invincible than succeeding at something you love. Exercising your abilities will ensure you that you are great at completing tasks and handling your emotions safely as well as making yourself happy with the outcome of whatever it is you may be doing. As an artist, nothing makes me feel less weightless than completing a project does - the moment you hold up your canvas/sketchbook and realize you've done something beautiful as well as contributed to the art scene, you will feel more important than ever before. Your worries will cease to exist for the time being, replacing themselves with a feeling of accomplishment.

#3 Talk about it – As irritating as hearing "Get some help" may be, it might be time and not always professional. Simply speaking audibly about what may be causing you stress lifts a heavy weight off of your shoulders. Whether it be your mother, father, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, cousin, dog, etc someone is always curious to hear what you have to say. Someone listening will ensure you with safety in knowing that someone will always care, even if its just a little.

#4 Exercise – Not all of us are ones to exercise, I certainly am not, although many are. Putting feelings into action may be the perfect situation to put yourself in. While exercising, your body releases endorphin's which are hormones known to combat stress.

Ways to relieve stress whilst exercising –
  • One way to relieve stress would be in a high activity exercise like running, jumping, dancing, spinning, roller skating, etc as it increases your heart rate, forcing endorphin to be produced.
  • Yoga, much like much like meditation slows breathing and thought processes easing your mind of unnecessary and toxic issues.
  • Mixed Martial Arts is a way to fight off stress and anxiety in a literal sense. Doing this releases tension, energy, and frustration along side of keeping you active and teaching you self- discipline and defense.
#5 Focus on the Present – Although stress seems unavoidable, it is easy to void it by simply focusing on the present. What ever may be stressing you likely will not effect current day, rather your past or future. Remember, some things are unavoidable and at the end of the day, you are still human.

Eating and Cycling for the Poor

So you might be in the same kind of position I’m in, just a year or two out of college trying to make it in the real world. Now we have a mortgage payment, not rent. And what comes with owning a home vs renting?  Paying for your own maintenance. When I rented and had a problem I would call my landlord and they would send over the maintenance crew and fix the problem, no cost to me unless it was something stupid we did when we were drunk haha. Now when something goes it’s up to me to pay for it. Just recently we had a problem with squirrels in our attic. First company I called came out and quoted me a five fucking thousand dollars. I said no way ill live with them. Next company said $750. So I said ok, whatever. It sucks but it needs to be done. This is just one of the many unexpected expenses that comes up when you own your own home. Then there’s insurance, for the house and your car, utilities, car payment, and all the other bullshit. When your fresh out of school and not making great money yet it’s hard to make ends meet sometimes. In school room and board were paid for, the only thing I had to pay for was for stuff I wanted to do in my free time. No car payment, insurance, , mortgages etc. very minimal surprise expenses. I wasn’t big on going out to the bars or anything like that so all my extra money went to food and gear. And I had a meal plan and the cafe was all you can eat 3 times a day so I didn’t have to spend much on food from the grocery store each week, maybe 50 bucks tops cause I would buy in huge huge bulk so it was very cheap, I needed to be able to make maybe 2 snack/meals each day at home. The cafeteria had plenty of eggs, oats, chicken, milk, potatoes, rice, beef, fruit, and all kinds of other stuff. I’d bring my back pack and some tupperware and load up some more chicken, rice and whatever else I could fit in there for later. All I really ever bought from the grocery store was maybe 4lbs of steak at 4.50 a pound, the cheapest leanest cut I could find (top sirloin), a few pounds of lean ground beef so every night my post workout meal could be either a huge 16oz steak and a big ass baked potato, or a pound of ground beef usually wrapped up in whole wheat tortillas, and id also buy some tilapia to have in between the meals I ate on campus and some oats and a few other things. So I had a decent job while I was in school making a few hundred bucks a week. Enough to buy more gear then I could ever run. Or maybe your’e not out of college yet and you’re a typical broke college kid and moneys tight, well you’re most likely not only enough to be cycling so forget about the steroid portion of the article, or file it away for future use and and focus on the cheap meal plan part. But if you were like me and stayed in school until you were 25 then go ahead and soak up the info on cheap cycling. But if you haven’t started yet my advice would be stay natural. Its honestly the best way to go. You can build an absolutely phenomenal physique naturally with a good diet, training program and some patience. But if you’ve already decided, 23-25 is the absolute earliest you should start using gear. 25 really is best, you’ll do much better if you spend 5-10 years training natty before using gear. Or maybe neither of those apply to you and youre just in a time in life where money is tight (sending kids to college, between jobs etc) Anyways lets talk about how you can continue to eat a diet rich in protein and quality calories and keep cycling for very little money.

So now that moneys tight and  we really can’t afford to be spending much extra money at all, so how do we afford the diet and gear?  Well I’ll talk about the diet first, as that’s the most important part. You can run all the gear in the world but without a solid diet you’re not going to get anywhere. So for about 75 bucks a week if you’re smart and buy in bulk at stores like Sam’s Club or B’J’s and Walmart you can buy the food you need to put together a solid diet. It might not have a lot of variety, it might be a little bland but it will provide you will the necessary calories, protein fats and carbs needed to either grow, or lean out. As a bodybuilder/gym rat at a certain point you stop looking at food for taste and only for its calorie and macro nutrient content, it’s a means to an end, so you should be pretty used to eating stuff you don’t necessarily like to eat all the time. First Walmart sells a big box of 5 dozen eggs for about 6 bucks. That’s enough eggs for the week, then 2 cartons of liquid egg whites, it’s a little less than ten bucks for two of those, each has either 5 cups of egg whites, each cup is a little over 20g of protein. So you scramble up 6 whole eggs, add a cup of egg whites. BJ’s sells a huge 20lb bucket of oats, 180 servings for 30 bucks. each serving is 200 calories, 34g of carbs 4g fat and 7g protein, 2 servings with your breakfast and you got yourself 70 of quality complex carbs, all together this breakfast is about 1000 cals, 80g of carbs, 80g protein and 40g of fat. Fat content is a little high so it might be beneficial to go with more egg whites and less whole eggs but the egg yolk has a lot of health benefits and protein, and as long as the rest of your meals are pretty lean which they will be it will even out. So the total cost of having 2 servings of oatmeal 7 days per week is $2.33, 33 cents a day. You get 90 days out of this bucket. I mostly focus on following my diet Monday Saturday, Sundays kind of an anything goes day, treat myself, pig out etc. So were using 36 eggs for breakfast Monday Saturday leaving us with 24 extra eggs, I like to have these right before bed. ill scramble up 4 whole eggs, and the two cartons of egg whites we buy has 10 cups and we only need 6 for our breakfasts, so ill add a little less than a cup of egg whites in there for more protein. The eggs have a higher fat content so they will digest slower which is a great thing right before bed giving your muscles a constant stream of amino acids all night long to use to build and repair your muscles. This gives you another 450 calories, and 40g of quality protein. A lot of times ill buy 2 big things of greek yogurt and each has about four one cup servings with about 20g of protein so I’ll have a cup of this with my eggs before bed to bring the protein total up to 60g and add in some slow digesting casein protein to my meal. So for the week the cost of having both of these meals 6 days a week is about 18 bucks, 25 if you add the greek yogurt like I usually do. so about 2 bucks a meal.

So now that we have our breakfast covered and last meal of the day let’s talk about all the meals in between this. Always buy in bulk. For $22 at Walmart I buy a 26lb bucket of brown rice. its 262 servings. 34g of carbs per serving. I typically eat two servings at a time so for me it’s really 131 meals, which is still a ton for only 22 dollars. It’s like 16 cents a meal. I’ll have this 3 times per day with either 12oz of chicken or 12oz tilapia. So my rice costs me $3.06 per week. I usually buy a 4lb bag of tilapia for 10 bucks, you can do much better than this, but this is just what I do. I usually get 20 prepackaged filets in a bag, so ill have this once a day with 2 servings of the brown rice. It comes out to 650 calories, almost 70g of protein, 70g carbs and 9.5g of fat. It’s so easy to make also. I put the frozen filets in the microwave for about a minute to thaw a bit then I fry them on the stove in about 5 minutes. Then great value sells a 5lb bag of boneless skinless chicken breast, for 10 bucks, again you can do way better than this but this works for my budget. I usually eat a pound per day so this last Monday-Friday. I usually stop over in the fresh section and pickup another pound or two so I have enough for the entire week. So all together it comes out to about 12 bucks. 8oz of chicken with 2 servings of brown rice is 540 cals, 52g of protein, 70g carbs and 2g of fat. With these meals I add a handful of almonds for the good fats which brings the total calories of the meals up to 625 and an extra 8g of good fats. so 10g fat, 52g pro 70g carbs, and we have two of these meals per day. I like to make these meals two and three, then meal four is my pre workout meal with the tilapia which I feel is a little bit lighter and doesn’t bog me down and make me feel sluggish when I’m training. I try and eat this about 2 hours before training, then right before I lift I have an apple and some coffee, it’s the best preworkou in my opinion. The almonds for the week cost about 3 bucks. Then post workout, I buy two gallons of chocolate milk, it’s delicious and cheap, it has fast acting carbs you want post workout and a good amount of protein, and again its delicious. I’m sick of protein powder, and it’s a waste of money. My gains are no different with or without it. And it’s always better to get your calories and protein from real food. This is about a 7 dollar expense per week. And lastly, my post workout meal. Depending on your macro nutrient requirements you can either have fish or chicken again, this will keep the total fat for the day around 120g. But my preference and I have been doing the same thing for years is a lean steak. A 10oz top sirloin will add about another 20g of fat, but also 60g of high quality protein. Sometimes ill eat a pound or more of steak for my post workout meal, something about a diet rich in beef just works well for building muscle. But this is usually when my carbs are lower this really jacks up your fat macros, and you really cant have both high carbs and fats, you gotta pick one. But for to eat a 10oz steak 6 days a week it’s a little under 4lbs of steak per week. so I pick it up for about $4.50 a pound so it costs me around $17 a week. Add an 8oz baked potato and it’s a meal. A 10lb bag of potatoes costs me about five or six bucks and usually has about 20 8oz potatoes. So the bag lasts about 3 weeks. So $2 a week for the potatoes. And the one thing everyone forgets, vegetables. I usually buy some fresh broccoli and asparagus for about five bucks for the week. And there you have it. Roughly 4600 calories, most likely more than most people need so this could get even cheaper. 375g of protein entirely from quality whole food sources, not supplements. 420g of carbs, and 150g of fat. The fat content is a bit high. All of our bodies are different and by know you should know what types of diet your respond best to so you can tweak this to make it fit your needs. If you go with more egg whites and drop the steak in favor of fish or chicken, you can drop the fats down to about 100g which would be my optimal macro ratio. So now what’s the weekly grand total?  84 dollars. This is extremely cheap considering its the highest quality sources of protein fats and carbs. steak, chicken, fish, eggs and greek yogurt for your protein sources, brown rice, oats and potatoes for your carbs and nuts and the fat from fish for quality sources of fats. Really can’t beat it. It’s really not all that bland either the only meal you eat twice is the chicken, and I think most of us are pretty used to eating chicken breast.  But many people don’t need 4600 calories a day, a lot would do fine on 3500-4000, so this 84 dollars per week could be cut down by almost a quarter to somewhere in the 60s. But then there are the monsters who need 6000 calories a day, so they’re bills either gonna have to be higher, or they’re gonna have to really bargin shop.

Now what about gear? It’s going to be hard to afford test plus EQ or deca or tren etc. So what do you do? We definitely want to keep cycling and keep the gains coming but there’s no way we can afford to be dropping 500 bucks on a cycle. So what’s a meathead to do? Well a lot of sources put on promotions, or have product of the week sales where stuff is 50% off etc. So you wait for one of these deals to come around and buy a 10 pack of test e or c for 240 bucks. We all have different doses we like to run, but for the average guy this will give you about 3 cycles at 700mgs ew for 12-14 weeks. Or about 4 12 week cycles at 500mgs ew. With quality gear 500mgs is plenty. Grab a tub of 1000 5mg dbol for 85 bucks and you got 6 week kickers for all of those cycles and beyond. Then most of us need to have some adex on hand. I’m not very prone to estrogenic side effects but I can usually pick up 100 .25mg adex for 70 bucks, or 28 pharm grade 1mg on promo for around 50 bucks and just break them in half. ill usually take .25mgs MWF or .5mgs twice a week, sometimes less so that 100 will last me all three of those cycles. And nolva and clomid are dirt cheap even for pharm grade stuff. Pct can be put together for about 20-30 bucks. So there you go, a 12-14 week 750mg ew test e dbol cycle with adex  and nolva and clomid for about 150 bucks. And I’m not talking about using subpar gear, I’m buying the same brands I’ve been buying and always will buy. No research chemicals or bathtub brew gear for me. You just have to be smart, buy in bulk and on promo.

Now people are going to bitch and say you can’t look good on just test you need tren and mast etc. when cutting to pull off the dense lean dry look and that couldn’t be further from the truth. I could show you some pictures of friends in stage condition, big, dry, full and lean on just 500mgs of sust. No ais, no orals nothing. They didn’t even know to cut the test a few weeks out to drop the water back then. So by knowing your body, eating a solid diet and training hard as hell you can produce a very lean and dry physique on just test. Back then they didn’t really have much at their disposal but we do. But were poor so anavars out of the question. But winstrol is dirt cheap, is just as effective as var at giving that hard dry vascular look and might be even better for drying you out. It definitely dries your joints out, that’s one of the negatives. But when your cutting the goal is really just to preserve all the muscle you have. So 700mgs of test per week is over kill, anywhere from 250-400mgs ew is plenty when dieting. That for 12 weeks with say 50mgs of winstrol the last 4-6 weeks with a great diet, some cardio and hard training will have you looking great.  And those 10 vials will last a lot longer at when running just 250-400mgs per week. Those doses really are effective for building muscle. Obviously the gains on 250mgs of test are going to be slower than on 600mgs of test but none the less you’re going to make gains much faster than if you were training natural. 250mgs of test put some peoples test levels around 2000ng/dl, naturally depending on age most of us fall somewhere between 350-700. So that 250mgs of test is going make a pretty dramatic difference.

And I don’t need to explain how to afford a gym membership. Hell train at planet fitness if you have to for 10 bucks a month. If you’re reading this there’s about a 99% chance you have a gym membership. But there you have it, the cheapest yet highly effective diets and cycles for us poor people. Or, do what I did, when times were good I stocked up, so now I have some deca, eq, tren, various orals etc for my cycles for the next few years. So now I just have to afford my food bill, the most expensive part of our lifestyle.
