~Corageon's "PaleoXtreme" Diet~

I figured I would create this as a reference page for those who don't know what it is.

I very rarely stray from this "diet".

Well it consists of ...

-Eating Salmon burgers every other day.
-Eating Dehydrated Insects at times.
-Bison meat two times a week.
-Occasionally rattlesnake meat. (fried).
-Oats and Almonds (generally in a cereal).
-Oysters, Crab, Lobster - 3 times a week. (generally in the same or two meals)
-Mangosteen, Dragonfruit, Watermelon, Canteloupe (almost every day)
-Beet Roots, Celery and Garlic and Onions cooked with Steak.
-The occasional Wegman's Sub here and there.

It kind of follows the concept of the "Zone Diet"
To where the goal is balancing and managing "Prostaglandins" or "Eicosanoids"...
Though I've added my own twist.
I find that this diet helps to improve pumps and speeds up muscle growth...
It also keeps me Very lean...

Chris & Kevin are brothers from Tucson, AZ who moved to SLC for the outdoor scene. After many years of enjoying the Wasatch as their backyard playground, the countless granite routes and powder days continue to challenge and inspire them. For them, the only thing better than adventuring in the mountains is doing so with friends, both old and new alike.
