Strength Training; How to Really Crush Plataeus; Lesson from the Most Worthy Martial Art

********************************************************
Strength training, who really gets the most out of it?
********************************************************

I can tell you this. Strength Training is not easy.

Strength training is formidable, but requires a ton of discipline.

Strength training takes immeasurable patience, and it takes more than hard work, more than discipline. True Strength training takes everything from you and then breaks another form INTO you.

I can tell you about strength training, if you are willing to go the extra mile.

BEFORE READING THIS ARTICLE / GUIDE, I SUGGEST YOU WATCH THE FOLLOWING VIDEO DOCUMENTARY ON BRUCE LEE.

You can learn a lot from him!

To learn strength training you have to take the notion of Arnold very firmly, "don't start counting until it hurts" - thats when the reps count, whatever workout you are doing, you need to go above and beyond in QUALITY of sets.

I myself do 10 sets of vigorous, slow pushups, with weights on my wrist and back , and each must be the oddest most unfruitful number, 18 pushups each.

While you are straining, you can't put any poltergeist in it, you have to maintain proper form or start over!

You might madden yourself, but that's the point - do it right or don't do it at all!
