How to Increase Dopamine Production (Increase TYROSINE HYDROXYLASE Expression / Production) {with Supplements}

Tyrosine hydroxylase is the enzyme by which dopamine is produced from the amino acid tyrosine...it is the root enzyme needed for dopamine production  and directly proportional to the amount of dopamine produced , with the other factor being protein intake.

To increase dopamine PRODUCTION naturally, this is the ideal, 'get to the point', 'get to the root' method.

While a lot of supplements are labeled as being dopamine precursors, and a lot of marketing claims support the usual dopamine boosters such as L-Tyrosine and L-Dopa - there is really no way to circumvent the mechanisms the body resorts to in effort to increase dopamine.

L-Tyrosine won't do much without concurrent increases of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) - therefore, your best bet is using a supplement that increases the enzyme.

Your best bet is FORSKOLIN, a nutraceutical supplement commonly used for fat loss, increasing lean mass and testosterone production, and as a vasodilator. Forskolin is shown to boost both tyrosine hydroxylase and dopamine receptor concentration...see studies below.
