"Shockwave Flash Has Crashed" While Loading FaceBook or YouTube (How to Fix)

9 times out of 10, this issue is very simple. It is usually because your CPU Usage is way to high, and / or you have too much open and this often happens more on older computers, or outdated browsers. When you have too many processes running on your system, the processes that take the most CPU/RAM end up either lagging severely, or crashing. The most complex programs that require active loading become bugged.

To resolve this issue, try a few things.

  1. Close out of all programs and browsers that are open.
  2. Use CCleaner to clear cookies and flash cookies and all excess garbage and adware on your computer.
  3. Scan your computer with an anti-adware/anti-malware software, like MalwareBytes. Remove the nuisance programs that are found with it. Quarantine and clean all malware.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Close any chat windows upon startup or any IM programs.
  6. Open your browser.
  7. Update it if there are available updates.
  8. Close the browser after updating.
  9. Open again, then go to the page you were trying to load.
  10. You should be good to go!
