How to Become IMMUNE to Stress 2018 [How to Make Stress Not Affect You 2018] (Make Yourself Invulnerable to Stress 2018)

In my Extensive Experimentation & research of Herbal Supplements; adaptogens in particular - I've come across ways to specifically modulate a whole series of genetic targets. I've seen this World - and how stressed and even panicky, it has become. I've seen that the CAUSE of most illness is Stress...and that if we could avoid Stress, we could live longer. Even Large-Scale studies such as this one prove that. There is no greater danger to the survival of Mankind than a consistent onslaught of the Mind & Body by Stress.

I've arrived at the conclusion that stress CAN be beat. Stress susceptibility & response to stress, though partly Genetic - can also be affected by various things like Exercise (which releases endorphins), and nutrient intake (such as Magnesium, Folate etc)...


...but I wanted to go further than that.

I wanted to figure out if there was a CORE way to actually affect in a Permanent Fashion...the bodily mechanisms involved in Stress response...this would surely make me live longer, and teach others how to do the same...


Couple-things though,

  1. Some aspects of dealing with Stress will ALWAYS be Psychological - meaning you will have to tap into your willpower to get through it. You have to have a "I will Move forward" attitude...and a "I will beat all challenges" attitude...even if the Intensity of your opposition seems to great to handle.
  2. You have to have Good-Judgement - to determine when to FACE Stress, and when to simply avoid it.
  3. ...But I've found that avoiding the stress, more often than not, builds poor character, weakens resilience & resolve - and creates a series of unsavory habits that go on to haunt you!
  4. Thus, I believe wholeheartedly that the ONLY promising solution in terms of Mental Willpower - is ABSOLUTELY to face.all.fears and your worst nightmares - you MUST conquer them!
  5. There is inspiration in the Hearts of Man...and we can uncover the Secrets to Our Journey if we believe in ourselves.


I believe, YOU believe - you all believe when it comes down to it...that if we simply prevail in the worst times, we can launch ourselves to the best times...we can make the best of every worst moment, and then...the best will be SO-MUCH more worth-it....because we've EARNED-IT.

A challenge, a Battle, a Grasp on Success - but all things that are gripping us are challenges which we must face, and we must learn to release ourselves from the hold of others - NOT escape the Hold...escaping the Hold is fear...and as I always say...

Faith is a powerful force and the Power of Belief is the substance of that force, so much so that when Faith is expressed - belief is supercharged, it resonates, those around can feel the Energy, the Stamina, the Charisma...but its not like any other force, its not masculine nor feminine...its a Unique energy...an Energy that is almost...enigmatic (mysterious), an Energy who's roots are uncertain, an Energy that comes upon others and from within those who are accustomed to Wield it, it is not Constraining, nor Restraining, nor in Slumber, nor out of Control, nor does it fire randomly, but rather Carefully, it ascends to the Surface of Mans Heart & Thoughts - and elicits a Response among those who are Witnesses to its Presence.
FAITH - changes Circumstances, Environments, opens up new line of thought, opens up new roads - and elucidates the ones that have been nearly drowned in the dust of Confrontation & Impurity...

For Faith is a Purifying force....
A strange...yet REAL force.
A live force.
One that is Unique to the Existence of Humanity.

  1. In Order to use the Power of Belief - our Minds must be Stable, Free, liberated, non-judging - we must be STRESS-FREE - and the first step in changing the micro-coding of our Stress Molecules in the Body is to "super-load" the Nutrient/Mineral MAGNESIUM - as Research has shown [STUDY] - Magnesium is ESSENTIAL for maintaining a normal heart rhythm (slowing heart rate/beat if necessary!) and is essential for the Body's Adaptation to Stress.

I know that by being Independent, I learn to ACT on some bullshit, but resist MOST of it - and a central part of Stress is KNOWING that you AREN'T (necessarily) demasculinizing, or discrediting yourself OR your Reputation by AVOIDING a Fight...however, in General, it is "healthier" to get ANGER off 'your Chest rather than holding it in and letting it simmer/build!!!
