How To Increase Oxytocin Production Naturally (Biochemically, with Diet / Supplements)


USING DIET AND SUPPLEMENTS TO INCREASE OXYTOCIN PRODUCTION WITHIN BODY / MIND / BRAIN

Oxytocin, is a chemical that is associated with TRUST, Sociability, Serenity, Sexual Arousal, Love and general feelings of WELL-BEING. :)


Most articles will go over rather simplistic ways to 'increase' the levels of Oxytocin ; such as hugging, hand-shakes, and even Surfing FaceBook...(yeah I thought that one was weird too*)..however, these do not address a bodily deficiency in Oxytocin nor do these common tactics apply to those who have trouble producing Oxytocin due to biological machinery issues (in other words, defective neurons).

In order to do this, we need to -MAXIMIZE- the physiological feedback circuits in our nervous system and increase the precursor hormones that induce Oxytocin release - these methods do NOT cause issues in the long-run and moving away from them will not return us to a worse state and / or to a 'before baseline' level of functioning.


  • Increase dopamine directly (something like Mucuna Pruriens L-DOPA can help). (1) (2)
  • Increase Histamine activity in the Brain. (3) (4) (if you don't have allergies/asthma) (Use L-Histidine)
  • Prevent the breakdown of blood levels of Oxytocin. (5)
  • Using a high Kale-diet and eating much 'love-foods' such as Crab meat and chocolate. (6) (7) (8)
  • Get off Progesterone Creams and contraceptives (!)...
