Why Murder to Protect an Illicit Business Is Reasonable. (A Hypothetical Assessment)

While small-time black market/darknet sellers, street drug-dealers and Identity Thieves can all be seen as fairly insignificant in "the game" - they play an essential role in keeping The System of Underground Business, active. 

They facilitate, improve the profits of both the big-guys and their fellows. They corner the buyer habits - and likewise often report on such a habit to one or many people...who then introduce, either directly or indirectly, new people to the Sphere of both Buying and Selling.

Some of these small-timers end up graduating into larger elements of the Business. Some do not. One thing is for sure, MANY of them become sharks of their own business venture - and become Rich on such a habit.

Drug Traffickers & Dealers both routinely face a number of issues... 

1. Demanding Customers; those that feel "entitled" due to their return buys.
2. Nosy People; who think they are some sort of Vigilante or self-righteous crusader.
3. Police Stops (although really smart folk avoid this by being quick in deals and using alternative routes).
4. Undercover Agents (if affiliated or growing "too big".)
5. Competition: As one grows to Wealth, the other may envy and grow Jealous, so much that your world can't mesh with theirs, you are no longer their buddy but their Enemy.
6. Ignorance: ...And last but not least, Ignorance - those who don't watch themselves, their overt clumsiness, those who think they are superior, or that the dealers or underground 'Self-Owned' business-owners are "scum" or weak-minded.

There is ALWAYS a chance that ANY Profession or any position in life - if you are interacting with people - that your hostility may increase unpredictably.

For every 5 good customers in a Retail Store there are another 2 who present themselves in Misery and sheer ignorance.

Likewise, the same that happens on the Street and with any form of Underground or Illicit business.

The hardest elements of the 'The Job' are always the undesired interaction with Nosy/intrusive peoples - and those who attempt to turn-in said business owners (even competitors). When doing such a thing - something that could be easily avoided if - people kept to themselves.

...So why Murder? 

Observe Ten Facts under the Sample Analogy of "Drug-Dealing".

1. For starters, drug-dealing is operating in a "desire-based business" - it does not always appeal to "need-based" customers. Plenty of drug-users (and abusers) operate with a similar mindset, and use drugs not merely for their Euphoric effects but also to "enchant" their productivity.
2. So the World is already Ripe with angry Sellers, who, in the midst of Legal Trouble, wonder why the World is so against them for (largely) fulfilling the desires of others. 
3. For the most part - drug dealers keep to themselves and do not care whether one customer goes to Rehab or whether they continue buying. 
4. Take note: Conditions and Environments can change drastically over time - and obviously desperation does not rule out unruly actions by fractured (and not normal) drug-dealers.
5. So when someone interferes in a manner that stops a FAIR business Agreement - its like the concept of the Sheriff observing and telling a Store Owner "you can't sell that today because it COULD be dangerous".
6. Maybe referring to a Knife - or something that "could" be a Weapon but maybe isn't.
7. I think that would make ANYONE Angry.
8. But more it is the fact that COMPETITORS can use deceptive and shifty tactics - such as, but not limited to, signing false-statements, or purportedly "true" statements about said competing individual, fabricating evidence and other "unfortunate" measures that *reliably* can "kill-off" or otherwise put an end to the others business cycle.
9. When faced with such a situation - fighting such measures In-Court or outside of Court becomes a LARGER nuisance.
10. Many times spending Money on Attorneys/Lawyers only to see a 50/50 chance (on low-average) that they will be damned for the "Crime" anyway.

Murder is to protect the Role - not just the Business.

Remember that any length of time a Dealer is "out-of-the-game" - can be ENOUGH time for another to STEP-IN the Game. At which point, small introductions are not needed - there is a lack of normal supply (in quantity) - depending on how big the town is and how much each dealer gets.

This leads to an increased "demand" to make up for what isn't there...or perhaps the one dealer is not around so it makes for a timely inconvenience.

...But a dealer is not finished at the point of Legal Troubles - not their business aspect, in many cases - subordinates take-over what was their business as a temporary institution representing such party.

...But the Role of that Original dealer may be. That they play a HUGE measurable role in the Business and so do their customers - who recognize their Face, names, Behavior, Customs etc.

When adequate action is taken against such party - their Energy is no longer around the area and their name/role can collapse.

...Even temporarily - this can be damning to the Dealer.

So when Image and Profit are severely impacted...Murder of the responsible parties is deemed the "quickest solution" - and takes care of the problem - if done correctly. 

Should it be a last-resort? Probably.

From a purely hypothetical perspective - there are other (Creative) ways to deal with competition and to even step in front of them.

Remember though - that Murder is not always a defensive posture...rather, it can also be an aggressively offensive posture - taken upon the initiative to EXPAND said business rather than simply "Protect" the business.

If you have ever OWNED a business like I have (not drugs)...you would understand that, although on many different shades of Marketing - the ANGER, even the RAGE is reasonable...just the pure fact of dealing with ignorant imbeciles who 1.) Are outwardly nosy or ignorant or 2.) Who feel they are better than you for holding a "higher" job status such as Police Officer or Doctor.

If you can close your eyes and just Imagine then - then the scope of Ignorance that a dealer or other business-owner has to deal with, together with Aggressive minds who themselves are wanting to, even Murder or otherwise "shuffle" the opposing sides out-of-business...Murder is often a reasonable opportunity.

THE "GIGGLY" MAN-CHILDREN OF THE DEVELOPED WORLD.

Perhaps above all - there are PRANKSTERS and other nonsensible subhuman individuals who have taken an Oath of Ignorance and whom routinely mock, interfere with, or simply for their own delight - set-up dealers...these types are on their own side of the Psychopathic spectrum - alike to Trolls who are also are said to embody such Psychological traits.

These types can be the "self-righteous" type or the arrogant man-children type with a Compensatory Narcissistic nature...types that (typically) don't do well in Prison/Jail and so they decide upon taking a "good" or Acceptable Moral Stance in order to feed their kiddult and its un-achieving self.

These types - on the whole - are not only a scourge to drug-dealers but also to other ("legitimate") businesses they may impact - or by means of Vandalism - they too express the Psychopathic desire to lop Misery & even Insanity on their lives.

INTEGRITY VERSUS MADNESS

In hopes of maintaining not just the Role, not just the Profit - but actual "Functional" mental integrity - complete and utter madness must be avoided. 

...How can one continue to live their life in Vibrance if they can not enjoy their earnings and their gatherings?

Then...any impacting factor on a drug-dealer or other Underground Business dealers enterprise is possible Jeopardy to the Mental Status of such individual - which again, is merely appealing to the desires of their fellow man - for whatever reason the person CHOOSES to BUY and TAKE drugs - in any shape or form...

Then any interfering factor is a proponent of disaster - a disaster which must be avoided - and as a result - avoidance = Murder.

The Death of an "Opposer" to such business-elements is a reasonable expectation for these 10 reasons.

1. It removes potential and established threats, who if not now then later will attenuate or even lead to the abolishment of such business.
2. It protects the Psychological Status of the Seller.
3. It sends a message that one is not going to tolerate such threats.
4. It effectively stamps the Seller with a aura of Competence and Legitimacy.
5. It reinforces the future of the individual by such competence.
6. It thus continues the cycle of the Sellers business unhindered, as major threats are eliminated.
7. It exemplifies the ignorance of others and their negative Psychological traits - and thus reinforces the concept of a Survive-and-Thrive based World. Reinforcing the Business and encouraging others to "do what is necessary" in order to survive...and more Thrive.
8. It PREVENTS the undesirables from leeching off of or attempting to leech off of, such dealer.
9. It accomplishes the act of Self-Preservation by the previous points - but also secures a "falling point" if the person should fail in Court
10. It avoids the Court Process and (largely) prevents any Legal Action from gaining substantial momentum on said individual (dealer).

On the basis of these points...

Murder is a VERY reasonable option and frankly I can understand, even empathize with it - I understand the RAGE - I feel the empowerment of it.

I can see even...why itself is its own "HIGH".

It does not mean I am immoral or even Evil - but the Worlds "first-provokers" are substantially more sinful than a Man (or Woman) who is simply filling a desire-based market - who's sole goal is to accommodate the desires of people who, for whatever reason, decide that drugs can fill in the gap of their lives.

The provocateurs are then - more of a threat (globally) to the Drug-Dealer or other "illicit business" owner and (often) more permanently damning.

So then - given 9 times out of 10 THEY are the ones MORE LIKELY to "rid" or damn someones life - you must stop and think - who's REALLY doing more damage? Moreover, witness-killing and other "protective" measures in the protection of the Act of Murder would be less imposing on the World if they didn't occur in the first place...meaning, if people minded their own business.

Stop trying to be self-righteous homo-sapiens and look to the Sky for SOME HOBBY to occupy your self-righteousness in a way that does not impose or damn the lives of an individual you DO NOT KNOW.

...but then - since many of you shine the light on your own faces anyhow - it is just as revealing how many "misplaced" Psychopaths and Narcissists are among such Self-Righteous minds...how then can you say you truly (Psychologically) differ in your morale or your Conscience from said dealers.

Some of the same people who take time to "EXPOSE" the supposed atrocities of others who themselves, get caught Red-Handed with a duplicitous personality - who in some cases partake in other Psychopathic acts - such as Cyber-Bullying...thus operating within the sphere of "good-citizen" and "bad-citizen" at the same time.

...This all does not mean that I support or promote the occurrence of Murder. But that I understand the Logic and the feelings, and the reasons for such an ambition.
