Advances in the BioChemical Realm of Neuro-Endocrine Enhancement 2018 (How to Enhance/Maximize Testosterone Production Artificially 2018)

Neuroendocrine 'Enhancement' is defined as enhancing the Neurotransmitter-Endocrine System to achieve a Maximal Hormone Production - while more easily achieving Homeostasis. In Effort - it is simply Achieving the highest level of Health, Motivation and Personal Vitality.

  3. We looked into Enhancement of Testosterone Production (On-All-Levels) by Carefully Researching ALL-STUDIED Metabolic Pathways involved in Testosterone secretion.

However, while Anabolic-Steroids are certainly "Enhancing" in many ways...they also present a Fair amount of Risks in the Enhancement Process....

The Concept of Manipulating the CNS to Pump Out MAXIMAL amounts of Gonadotropins and Hormones is certainly a Complex One...but it can be done with a few easy tools.

In order to Understand the Concept of Endocrine-Maximization...you have to understand there are...

  • Facilitating Factors; Hormones and Neurotransmitters that "ignite" the Hypothalamus; those of Histamine, Glutamate, Dopamine, Nitric Oxide - primarily. Neuropeptides such as Melanocortins, Oxytocin and Ghrelin play facilitating roles. 
  • Inhibitory Factors; Neurochemicals that play an Opposite Role and decrease Hormone Synthesis and vital proteins. This would be Serotonin, Prolactin, Cortisol, Cannabinoid-Receptors, Melatonin, Kynurenic Acid and GABA - among others.
To manipulate the neurological systems - we have to be able to SHIFT all of these Neurotransmitters in the "Right Direction"...

The only way to do that, is to understand the Biochemical Pathways involved in the Synthesis of these neurotransmitters.
  1. Serotonin is made from the Amino Acid 'L-Tryptophan' and the Enzyme "Tryptophan Hydroxylase" or "TPH" [12] [13]. Which comes in two forms; TPH1 [14] and TPH2 [15]. If we can 'outcompete' the Tryptophan by introducing "large-neutral amino acids" such as BCAA's [16]. Then we can permanently shift the Dopamine:Serotonin balance - in favor of Dopamine. 
  2. Melatonin is synthesized from Serotonin, via additional Enzymes; Serotonin N-acetyltransferase & Acetyl-CoA [17] [18]
  3. Cannbinoids are synthesized via multiple pathways and use multiple substrates - the Naturally Produced Endocannibinoids (not to be confused with Marijuana/THC) are known as 2-arachidonoyl glycerol (2-AG) & Anandamide (arachidonoyl ethanolamide) [19].
  4. Then, Prolactin is synthesized by the Pituitary; typically when Dopamine is too low to stop Prolactin from being released; as Dopamine is known as the "Prolactin-Inhibiting Hormone" [20]. Estrogen (the female hormone) reinforces and provokes Prolactin (PRL) release [21].
  5. In studies - Dopamine Agonist Drugs are known to increase Gonadotropins and Libido [22]. They are, in fact, Prominent Cures for Sexual Dysfunction caused by Anti-Depressants (SSRI's etc) [23] [24] [25].
  6. Kynurenic Acid (KYNA or KYN) - Kynurenic Acid suppresses Glutamate and DIRECTLY blocks the Pro-Hormone Secretion Receptor - the NMDA-Receptor [26] [27] [28].
  7. Since Glutamate, the Primary Neurotransmitter in Our Brains & Bodies - evokes (creates) the Resting & Spontaneous Gonadotropin-Secretion [29] [30] [31] - it is CRITICAL that Glutamate is not being blocked by other Chemicals in Our Body; such as Serotonin - which blocks Glutamate [32] and again, Kynurenic Acid - which (ultimately) comes from Serotonin [33].
  8. Other "controls" such as GABA can 'selectively' or situationally inhibit/Block LH/FSH - which stimulates Hormone Secretion in both Men & Women [34]. Hence, why Benzodiazepines [!] or GABA-Action Type Drugs; used Clinically for Anxiety - can cause Erectile Dysfunction [35]. Neurontin (GABAPENTIN) [36] and Lyrica (Pregabalin) [37] can also cause Immense Sexual Dysfunctions - again reinforcing the Role of GABA as an 'ANTI-HORMONAL', anti-Sexual Neurotransmitter [38] [39] [40].
  9. Although Melatonin can have 'Protective' effects on Sexual FUNCTION [41] - it is generally inhibitory in the sense that its Receptors decrease the Secretion of Male Hormones [42]. Melatonin is, however, ESSENTIAL to sexual Maturation and going through Puberty [43]. Melatonin is also critical in sustaining antioxidant activities [44] - so its activities should not be ELIMINATED or Abolished altogether. Melatonin moreover can play permissive Roles in Female Sexual Function [45].
  10. Nitric Oxide is the BIGGEST, most important factor in the Interplay between Dopamine and Sex Hormones - it is Not Only CRITICAL for Sexual Functions...but for Men to have Kids/Children Period [46] and is necessary for the Testicles to produce proper amounts of Testosterone [47] - it is also involved in BOTH the Male & Female Libido [48].
  11. Lastly - the Melanocortin-Pathway...as evidenced by the Tanning Drug MELANOTAN II and its ability to induce Spontaneous (RANDOM) Erections in Men [49] - and its successor; PT-141 now known as the "Sex Drug of the 21st Century" - illustrate quite Clearly, that Melanin [50] (the tanning hormone) and its Relative Hormones - the Melanocortins - can ACTIVATE the Hypothalamus in the Brain - which secretes Sex Hormones [51]... This is also Evidenced by the FACT that Black Men (African/African-American Men) have Higher Testosterone [52] and higher libido's [53] (generally). 
OTHER NOTES: The Melanocortin Pathway (MCR4) also controls general and Work-Related Ambitions/Motivations [54] as well as Activates Sexual Function in Men & Women [55].

By addressing all of these Pathways we can Effectively Accomplish a State of "Enhanced" Hormonal Release...many of these Methods are literally DIRT-CHEAP. So it doesn't cost a whole lot to Tap-In to these Methods.


  1. Use BCAA (Branched-Chained-Amino-Acids) + N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine - to Enhance Dopamine while simultaneously lowering Serotonin levels in the Brain [56] [57] [58].
  2. Inject PT-141 before Sex, but also Recreationally - 2 or 3 times per week. To keep hypothalamic-output going STRONG.
  3. Inhibit GABA by raising Histamine levels [59] - you can supplement with 2,000 MG (miligrams) of L-Histidine - which in itself, when converted into Histamine - DIRECTLY stimulates the Hypothalamic-Gonadal Axis and Hormone Secretion [60].
  4. By using L-Histidine and also Niacin, daily, you can sustain Optimal Histamine levels in the Brain [61].

      It makes sense...its negative feedback to the cAMP-stimulation.
      Histamine H2R's generally are the most powerful cAMP-activating Receptor in the Brain/Body.

      Forskolin inhibits the release of histamine from human basophils and mast cells.
      Marone G, Columbo M, Triggiani M, Vigorita S, Formisano S.
      Abstract
      We found that forskolin (10(-7) to 3 X 10(-5) M) caused dose-related inhibition of antigen-induced histamine release from human basophil leukocytes. The dose-response inhibition curve was paralleled by a forskolin-induced increase in cyclic AMP (cAMP) levels in human leukocyte preparations. The kinetics of inhibition of histamine release and of the increase in leukocyte cAMP were the same. In a second series of experiments we evaluated the effect of forskolin on antigen-induced histamine release from chopped human lung passively sensitized with serum from an allergic patient. Forskolin (10(-7) to 3 X 10(-5) M) dose-dependently inhibited the release of histamine from human lung mast cells. Thus forskolin appears to modulate the release of mediators of the immediate hypersensitivity reaction, presumably through activation of adenylate cyclase in human basophils and mast cells.
