I'm sorry to hear of your bad experiences with Irish people. I'm wondering though - did you encounter these "bad attitudes" IN Ireland or in America? You were not specific of that. I do not know whether you traveled to Ireland or not - but most Irish people in their home country there are pretty pleasant...sure, some get DRUNK (hammered) often - as much of Celtic & Nordic Europe does - but this doesn't typically become a Problem for Tourists or other Foreigners. Its (a lot of times) more Common Behavior amongst Related Cousins in Ireland.
As far as whether they are a Part of the 12 Tribes of Israel...mentioned in the Bible.
Well Yes and No.
MANY Irish and Celtic-derived Populations in general - come from the Tribe of Dan - which is described as one of the "Ten Lost Tribes of Israel"...it is FROM The Tribe of Dan that the AntiChrist is thought to Emerge.
...However, this Tribe of Dan descendancy only includes a Specific Portion of Ireland - as many in Cities/Regions like DUBLIN, Ireland are more MIXED - and have some Norwegian/Norse blood - those parts of Ireland may be more connected to the Tribe of Benjamin & possibly Tribe of Naphtali. BOTH OF WHICH - are Saved Populations/Tribes.
On the other hand the KELTOI/CELTIC derived Populations which have links BOTH to Ancient Spanish Warriors and Arabic & African Peoples (Black-Irish) - are more closely related to the Tribe of Dan and the so-called "Merovingian Bloodlines" - however, it is RIDICULOUS to ASSUME that ALL Gaelic (Irish-Heritage People) are going to NOT be Saved. As MANY in Ireland are devout, sometimes even the MOST SPIRITUAL and RELIGIOUS Christians [PROOF].
...Plus, Biologically AND Logically - IRISH people have very Heroic Attitudes, increased Passion, Zest for Life, increased Empathy (On-Average) and generally more Flexible Emotions and a sense of NEEDED Exploration which is becoming nearly ABSENT in Today's Day-and-Age.
A Study Reported in The Irish News - also showed the World that Genetics in such Celtic Populations were indeed, VERY DIVERSE - and that (in the Attached Post) - there was an approximate 67% higher Empathy score in Native Irish populations compared to other European Populations.
...On the other hand, Politicians & the Rich in Ireland - as well as those who are of Inherited Social Status or have GREAT-WEALTH passed down to them - seem to have LESS Empathy than the rest of Much of the World...where they seem to Relish the practice of "high-Sympathy but Low Empathy". Pretending plays a Role in that Game, too! ...And A LOT of Irish are GREAT Pretenders, Actors etc.

The Criminals (and Serial Killer!) name was IAN DOYLE - and he was a Member of the RIRA and often associated with Boston-born and Living Irish Mobsters.
...In the show - it shows him going on an ALL-OUT WAR against the FBI - and especially, the Agent Emily Prentiss (Paget Brewster) - who played a Role as an Undercover/Informant - in putting DOYLE behind Bars in a Foreign Prison for those deemed "Terrorists".
DOYLE, through his 'Immense connections - ESCAPED the Foreign Korean Prison by Unknown Means - then, instead of doing what MANY Italian, Russian or other types of Solitary Criminals would do...which is to continue going back to making MONEY Illegally & staying "low-key" to continue their Criminal Enterprise or association with it...DOYLE instead EMBARKED on a MISSION of REVENGE against the Agents!
...And he was PRETTY-DAMN successful - and his people WELL-ARMED (Consistent with how the REAL IRA operates in REAL-LIFE)...
- He successfully MURDERED the Entire Families of Rich people, and people who were working for Law Enforcement agencies - that played a Role in his downfall or were even merely INVESTIGATING him at one point.
- He almost killed FBI-Agent Derek Morgan (Shemar Moore) in a flurry of Bullets from an Automatic Rifle & Machine Guns.
- He KILLED his Lower-Level guy since he was WOUNDED by the FBI-team in Return Fire - since he figured "he's no Use injured and we NEED to get out of this Area NOW".
- Ian Doyle also BOLDLY shot him RIGHT where his Clover Tattoo was and made it VERY-DIFFICULT for the FBI to reconstruct his Tattoo.
- In a Zest of Passion & Pure RAGE - Ian Doyle ALSO shot the Lower-Level guy in the HEAD as well - to ensure his DEATH before taking off and continuing his Cycle of Revenge.
- Ian Doyle was, like MANY REAL Irish-Criminals, INCREDIBLY Bold, Brazen, Fearless, and Motivated in an almost inhuman manner!
- He TRACKED Emily Prentiss down and sat with her at a Table outside of Washington, near a Government Office - KNOWING that her Team WOULD/COULD be sitting RIGHT-THERE (with her or near her) waiting to Shoot/Arrest Him.

- And his Boldness and Charisma - convinced Emily not to shoot his Nuts off (literally!) while sitting at the Table...
