Nature's Way Ginkgold (EGB 761 Extract) is a powerful herbal supplement that is designed (and proven) to improve memory, Brain circulation and to act as a superior antioxidant [1] [2] [3]. In the US at least, Nature's Way is the major supplier of the patented EGB 761 Ginkgo Biloba extract [4]. This extract has been proven time after time to be superior to other Ginkgo Biloba extracts [5].

I've taken this product many times before, starting in the year of 2014. Mostly for focus and mild memory improvement (enhancement). For the most part, the product has predictable effects - in that it mostly improves Alertness, enhances the effects of Coffee and improves active/working memory. It seemed to speed up reflexes (including picking up stuff that was going to drop, dropped quickly or that others had dropped or were going to).

It enhanced reflexes in MMA training and it increased strength in the gym (by increasing pump). Therefore, my main experiences are listed below.

• The product swiftly improves alertness (usually on the second dose on first day but mostly after the 3rd and 4th day).
• Ginkgold seems to improve memory and speed of thought.
• Ginkgold increases working memory and attention (for me at least).
• Ginkgold seems to enhance the effects of Coffee.
• Ginkgold helped with MMA training and improved reflexes and strength.
• Ginkgold increased the pump during bench press and with other forms of weight training.
• Ginkgold seemed to increase recall of trivial events.
• Ginkgold seemed to improve reading speed.
• Ginkgold seems to improve energy level mildly.
• Ginkgold seems to have mild motivating effects.

DOSAGE: 120 mg (two tablets) twice per day (for a total of 240 mg per day)

TIMELINE OF THESE EFFECTS

1st Week : The alertness effects are clearly there by the second dose on the First Day - but they are most prominent after Day 3 & Day 4.

When I speak about alertness I mean a strong increase in visual, olfactory and auditory alertness - its nothing like Modafanil but the effects are there and reliable. In fact, there hasn't been a time where I'VE TAKEN Ginkgo Biloba Extracts and have not felt  that alertness. Interestingly, that effects extends to the skin as well - in that higher doses seem to make your skin more sensitive to the cold and heat (but not necessarily in an uncomfortable way, just you notice it more).

2nd Week : The second week is when the cognitive effects in terms of visual memory and acquisition and recall are most clearly enhanced (though there is some of this on the first week). Ginkgo provides a powerful boost in thought processing and helps to increase attention. It also helps with MMA training and reflexes days in, but again, these effects are MUCH STRONGER on the 2nd week.

3rd Week: All effects are there even more so and the third week is clearly the pinnacle for Ginkgo's effects.

4th Week: Same as 3rd week, no further ''enhancement'' is noted.

Toxicity of Inhaled Lavender? (What happens if you Breathe in too much Lavender?)

Many studies indicate that Lavender essential oil is relaxing to the human central nervous system [1] [2] [3], Silexan (Lavender) capsules have been proven to result in anxiety relief in humans [4] and to decrease 5-HT1A receptors in the Brain of humans [5]. But what happens if you BREATHE IN too much Lavender?????

Well, unpleasant effects of course. (though this is only likely with a spray unless you have purposely sustained inhaling of the essential oil)

If you breathe it in directly you might end up with a worsening of Asthma symptoms or EVEN a Asthma attack!

.....But for most people, the daily effects of breathing in too much Lavender would be.

• Central Nervous System Depression (including a light drunkenness but without the pleasure)
• Anhedonia (inability to enjoy activities)
• Memory Issues (usually speed of thought and short-term memory)
• Feeling unwell.
• Losing coordination (definitely!)
• Feeling sick to stomach (Nausea)
• Dizziness due to low blood pressure and low heart rate.
• Headache (low blood pressure)
• Behavior Changes (including delirium)
• Hallucinations and Visual Distortions (floaters, lights appearing bright or surreal)

The reasons for these effects are principally the ANTICHOLINERGIC effects of Lavender (in other words, its like taking too much Benadryl except its WORSE for your lungs). Maybe worse altogether. Be careful folks!!!!! Be smart.
Oh, and BTW - INGESTION of Lavender essential oil is 10X as TOXIC!

Gin-Gins by the Ginger People Review 2017 (Gin-Gins Ginger Candy Review 2017)

These are my continuing food reviews here on Area-1255.

So the picture above is the candy "Gin-Gins" by the Ginger People. These guys have been around since 1984 [1] [2] and have a good track record [3]. They are careful which ingredients they use and their Ginger products are consistent in their effects in comparison to Ginger capsules and are well-reviewed in both taste & effects [4] [5]. 

I bought them on Amazon in bulk (each bag can be sold individually for over 7$).

I am not one bit disappointed.

These things are TASTY!

.....And they really are a nice snack!

They are addicting.

Flavorful.

Powerful.

There is no doubt they are REAL Ginger and they definitely pack a punch to the senses (an awakening one!).

They RELIEVE NAUSEA, and they soothe the stomach, in fact, I CHOWED DOWN ON THESE, when I was feeling unwell due to allergies. They really help! I really like them. 

I recommend them TO ALL!!!!!

They have a powdered sugar (cane sugar) on them, so it looks like white powder, do not be alarmed, that's part of the SUGARY TASTE. But its not overpowering, at least NOT UNTIL YOU BITE INTO IT! Then its GINGERLY Overpowering. Good stuff! Ok, I'm done.

Siggi's Yogurt Review 2017 (Siggis Skyr Yogurt Review 2017) (Siggis Mixed berry's Acai review 2017)

I'll tell 'ya. Icelandic 'style' yogurts and ''Skyr'' have gotten more appealing to me over the months. These high-protein delicious snacks are quickly becoming my new favorite yogurt. 

• I bought the Siggi's brand Mixed Berry's and Acai mainly and in bulk on Amazon. Click here for a good deal!
• I've also tried their Blueberry Skyr.
• Their Vanilla yogurt.
• Their coconut yogurt.
• And even their Plain yogurt.

Although this Review is about the Mixed Berry's and Acai I love all their flavors so just assume you won't be disapointed. Now previously I also wrote about Icelandic Provisions Skyr Yogurt and I stated they tasted more ''natural''. I still stand by that but it should be known that what I mean is natural to the taste of their local ''style''. Siggi's taste really tart and 'fruity' and is really delicious. Between the two I can't really choose - they're both good!

.....But I will say that Siggi's often has more sales and they would probably be better in protein recipe's and other recipe's. Though, for protein content they come up literally equal. 

Therefore, I am rating this yogurt far higher than Chobani's and Greek yogurts, Icelandic yogurt is the best!!!!!

Which Kratom has Aphrodisiac Properties? (Which Kratom Boosts Libido)

Area, I am wondering which kratom possesses aphrodisiac effect, which one will boost my libido?

I am unaware of any strain that is used purposefully to enhance libido nor has been proven to. In fact this use is entirely subjective and actually quite ridiculous, Kratom's primary uses are pain and Depression relieving - so its possible Kratom through its psychological effects can 'subjectively' boost libido but because of its effects on general mood. I've heard many claims about aphrodisiac effects but they don't seem to be substantiated and there is always a question of spiking of the herbal ingredient.

Ganesh MD and Gold MD may be valid strains for this use but again - there is question as to the WHY these strains would behave in that way. Drawing questions of standardization practices and contamination concerns. 

It is probably best to just stick with a company that produces exceptionally potent strains in general, such as TopExtracts & Coastline Kratom. ;)

In fact fear has led to some of the most violent of outrages, from protests and firebombings to large-scale bank robberies where Poverty is the cause - Fear, is truly a volatile and relentless entity, an aggressive force within the heart of humans. Fear can reduce one to the actions of animals, and it can also motivate one to prevent a tragedy. But fear, is a part of the darkness within any malicious mind - it is a component of the most forceful of evils. It is a facilitator of destruction and a complement of furious eruption.

Fear also corrects mankind, it implements judgement in the face of adversity and action where needed. But fear's motivation lies at the crossroads and takes a narrow path. Where courage & action have the ability to adapt to win, fear adapts to survive - sometimes that ''survival'' is the fatality of someone else. 

Fear creates arrogance and hastens narcissism. In spirit, fear is destructive - callous and unappreciative. It is erratic and unpredictable and represents the most chaotic of emotions - changing in its own midst as a wind by its own element - a fury of radical superthought and impervious to its own flaws, a road to its own demise. Fear, though powerful in overtone, short-circuits itself, and then - it reinforces itself - yes it creeps through and back like a body emerging from its grave, a demon in its own right and one intent on being furious.

Fear truly is a force to be reckoned.

Arizona Peppers Organic Habanero Pepper Sauce Review (Organic Harvest Foods Habanero Sauce Review)

This is my personal review of Arizona Pepper's Organic Harvest Foods Organic Habanero Pepper Sauce. I bought it on Amazon. I usually buy several of these per month and no I don't go through all of those - I just like keeping a backup of these because I like them too damn much!

TAKE NOTE: This product is NOT the same as the CHIPOTLE Habanero Pepper Sauce - this product is PURE SPICY. That's what you will taste. STRONG SPICY MOUTH-BURNING. Yes, it has the peppers salty taste and it is reminiscent of eating the pepper itself - but the spicy taste is pretty overpowering.

So my review is this.

1. It is perfect on burger's (hamburgers) Sirloin steak and it is fantastic on Cheeseburger's. This stuff is HOT and does not have many other 'flavors'. 
2. It is perfect for those who want HEAT in the form of mouth-burning spicyness to their food.
3. It has energizing properties due to its ENORMOUS Capsaicin content [!].
4. It is great on mac'n'cheese and for that matter any cheesy food!
5. It never has bad consistency and the taste never fades even after years of storage!

If you want a POWERFUL habanero sauce, this humble glass stout product is your perfect match! It is SPICY and it works for many foods. It's the perfect complement!
