The Night is My Empowerment; the Symphony of my Soul; the Harmony of my Abyss (Prayer / Poem for The People of the Night)

IN : Poems about the Night, Poems about Night being the Only time of Peace and Calm, Night is Calm Time Poems , Poems for Night-Owls

----------------------------ƛ-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ж-----R---E----B---ϕ---R----N-------------

They say that the Night is my most redeeming time, they say that My mind is in allignment with the Core force of which others can not see....they say that the night is my empowerment ; it is the Symphony of my Sou'lL , the harmony of my Abyss. .... ,,,

they say that when I rise, my ascension is a peaceful demise, they say that my power is a Cerulean mind, one fully summarized - they say that my ignition is the shadow of mystery, my illusion is the vendetta of history, my conclusion, is the motto of Victory. My consolidation is pristine, my altitude is serene, and my end-game is unseen.

...thus

I am us, I am all, we are us, we are all So let us, do not forget Us; People of the Night as we are the power and prosperity, peace and not disparity, the power of which we pitch
the power of the lores and the powers of the rich
the power of the poor and the powers in which we switch
the power that sums up that which makes your soul twitch
the power that rolls the power of the witch

the power that gives us what we wish...

How to Counter-Act Amisulpride-Induced Prolactin Sides (Reduce Elevated Prolactin Caused by Amisulpride) (Reduce Prolactin WHILE ON/Still Taking Amisulpride)

AmiSulpride is a substituted benzamide which shows great efficacy in Schizophrenia and Manic patients. It also can be an effective anti-depressant and anti-anhedonic , in some cases. However, despite being an effective serotonin 5-HT 7 receptor antagonist and dopamine autoreceptor blocker (thus an effective and unique drug overall) -it has, like other anti-psychotics -  a strong prolactin boosting effect. Which needs to be remedied to prevent or reverse hormone deficiencies which may occur while taking the medication.

There are a number of ways to do this.
This is my recommended supplement stack to counter and eliminate Amisulpride's prolactin-ogenic effects. While preserving the benefits of the drug.

1.) Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate : This is a highly BIOAVAILABLE form of Vitamin-B6 which readily crosses the blood-brain-barrier where it can then rapidly reduce Pituitary Prolactin (1) (2) (3) and directly stimulate the tuberoinfundibular networks of dopamine neurons and projections (4) (5) (6) (7).

My recommended LAB-TESTED P5P supplement is below.

2.) Pantethine :  Pantethine is a special form of PANTOTHENIC Acid (Vitamin B-5) which should be taken 4 HOURS AWAY from P5P and should be SECONDARY and IN ADDITION to P5P. That means emphasize the dose of P5P more than Pantethine; use appropriate doses of both but the main sup here is still P5P. Pantethine has been shown to decrease estrogen-related-Prolactin release as well as drug-induced Prolactin; though again, to a lesser extent than P5P. Still should be added to your regimen though. It Works.

3.) American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolium) : This herb is the final and one of the most important additions to your Prolactin-Inhibiting Stack. This is NOT the same as Chinese or Korean Ginseng so it's important the genus/species is exactly as above - but to make it easier I put a link to a valuable and certified AG brand below. American Ginseng decreases Prolactin (8) AND serotonin (5-HT) (9) which then improves sex drive and corrects hormone deficiencies caused by Amisulpride.

Mechanism of Action/Pharmacology of Terminalia Chebula (Haritaki) ~ Also Goes Over (Terminalia Chebula effect on Neurotransmitters)

Terminalia Chebula (Haritaki) is an Adaptogen with multiple mode's of action. It is an Ayurvedic herb discussed by many practicing Medical Experts (1) (2) in many countries. Not just India. Adaptogen means it increases the body's ability to adapt to various stressors and maintain bodily homeostasis (balance of functions, a healthy state, harmony of systems).

Terminalia Chebula is PRIMARILY an anti-bacterial agent but it has some other fascinating characteristics.

     NEUROLOGY
(Terminalia Chebula Effect on Neurotransmitters)

Terminalia Chebula is shown to have an anti-Epileptic effect. The specific quote from the paper referenced is the most meaningful.

The extract was also shown to delay the latency of pentylenetetrazole and picrotoxin induced seizures, suggesting that the extract exhibiting anticonvulsant affect, probably by opening the chloride channels associated with GABA receptors. Thus, in conclusion, T. Chebula possesses anticonvulsant property against the MES, PTZ and PC induced seizures. From the above result, further investigation is warranted in order to isolate and identify the specific molecules which are responsible for the anticonvulsant activity.

TERMINALIA CHEBULA As An ANTI-STRESS TONIC and  Natural Anti-Depressant

Terminalia Chebula can also reverse stress-induced biochemical changes including stress-induced cortisol release {see reference paper here or click image below } . This essentially means it can protect against psychological stress and promote adaptation to environmental stressors.

    TERMINALIA CHEBULA BENEFITS MEMORY

Terminalia Chebula may be able to terminate parasites by interfering with their motor coordination as evidenced in it's ability to inhibit AChE enzymes within livestock (!) ; the acetylcholine promoting activities may also contribute to Terminalia's pro-kinetic (enterokinetic, promotes passing of stool) and may underlie some of it's memory enhancing effects. Terminalia has been confirmed to not just inhibit AcHe in the gut but in the brain as well (see here).

Terminalia may also interact with NMDA receptors and modulate hippocampal plasticity and enhance spatial memory. (see study/paper here)

TERMINALIA CHEBULA As an Erectile Tonic / Possible Natural Treatment for Erectile Dysfunction

Terminalia was one of several plants screened for RHO-KINASE inhibiting properties (!) ; natural ROCK-II inhibitors show efficacy in treating some forms of vascular erectile dysfunction.

Additionally, it was mentioned in this paper as a candidate for treatment in a more formal medical context.

Now while there hasn't been a huge amount of study with that enzyme in particular in contrast to other more 'known' enzyme targets like PDE-5A and such - it does seem to be a centrally mediator in penile flaccidity and may be the 'end-point' in which some neurotransmitters create their constricting effect (!) (!)

Medications that may Exacerbate OCD Symptoms or Unveil OCD Behavior

There's a significant overlap in Pharmaceutical drug use and applications which may make it difficult to predict  the entirety of a given medications effects; including psychoactive effects. What this means, is a medication used for pain may end up having adverse psychological effects and there is a such thing as a 'paradoxical reaction' to meds typically used for Anxiety disorders.

Below, we will list the medications along with references (studies and reports respectively) that can exacerbate Obsessive & Compulsive behavior.

  • Gabapentin (Neurontin) a calcium channel blocker used for Neuropathic Pain, Epilepsy and off-label for Anxiety; may worsen OCD-symptoms. (1) (2)
  • Triptan's used for Migraines (they activate certain serotonin heteroreceptors which then worsen OCD-symptoms) (3) (4)
  • PCP, Ketamine and many other dissociative 'street drugs' can worsen OCD symptoms and cause psychotic symptoms. (5) (6) (7) (8)
  • Clozapine and some other anti-psychotic medications used for Schizophrenia, including Risperidone and Seroquel (9) (10) (11) (12) (13) (14)
  • Anti-Nicotonic Medications used for Smoking Cessation (Varenicline; Chantix)* (15) (16) (17)
  • SSRI's (Prozac, Luvox etc) though commonly prescribed for OCD may paradoxically worsen OCD symptoms in a fair handful of individuals. (18) (19) (20) (21)
  1. Serotonin receptor downregulation seems to benefit OCD patients and so the partial anti-serotonin effect in terms of genetic expression is , along with neuropeptide changes; the benefit in OCD patients treated with SSRI's - in other words, SSRI's don't help OCD patients in all cases - and in the one's that do - it is because of adaptive changes in the brain which includes reduced serotonin receptor concentration that benefits OCD patients...also the increased oxytocin may play a role in alleviating symptoms.
2. It may also be that alterations in certain proteins caused by genetic polymorphisms may contribute to the pathogenesis of OCD and SERT (serotonin transporter) is a key target which can be manipulated by SSRI's. This proteins affects the rate of clearance of serotonin in the brain but it also affects how serotonin is distributed - it's thus possible that serotonin is simply firing at 'abnormal rates' in OCD patients rather than high or low levels...though it seems that excessive serotonin is associated with more obsessive and psychotic characteristics. Whereas lower serotonin is associated with more 'regular' behaviors such as cleaning and organization.

~!~   OF THE CORE SCIENCE ~!~
Generally with obsessive-compulsive disorder; you do not want to antagonize or 'block' the following receptors.

  • NMDA-glutamate receptors (rather, you should 'activate' them)
  • Muscarinic acetylcholine receptors (blocking them can cause dissociation and psychotic states)
  • Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (antagonizing them long-term may have benefit, but in the short term will worsen symptoms)
  • Dopamine D(2) Receptors; blocking these dopamine receptors will likely worsen OCD symptoms as it is reported; probably due to a functional striatal interaction in which firing rates become further distorted.

Receptors that may be 'blocked' or antagonized to IMPROVE OCD-symptoms include.

  • 5-HT1A, 1D and 1B receptors of the serotonin class. (only if you antagonize 5-HT1D as a {PRE}recquisite.

Arguments VS Actions : A Day of Diversity

Ⱥt first glance, my objectives and actions as a human may seem straightforward..if you assume everything has a linear incentive, that is. Initially, one may think the core of my writing is to simply convey a certain message . Initially, you can assume my intention is only to reflect my mindset on an audience...but the irony, is there will always be several different perceptions of my writing. I'm sure, that many will accept my writing as spirited, mind-opening, and creative. I also believe that the core arguments I make may cause people to 'think' a little harder about themselves and their purpose/s in life..but perhaps the most important points Are rendered by just the fact that man can see things in different perceptions ... and the realization of that fact elicited by my writing.

I write in sort of an abstract, often metaphorical context because It inspires deep thought and reinforces intellectual behavior..but the one thing that Most do not see - not just in my writing, and attitude & actions - is that the core objective is followed by supplemental objectives/reinforcements. It is abundantly clear to those that know me, that Everything I do - that is followed through on is not for just one reason, but many...

If we were to narrate many people's lives - each of us would see things differently...and see possible extra objectives that others do not see. Some would favor the illusion though, that everything is what it seems even if it isn't and that is because the majority of average Joe's want to feel smart by conforming to the era of simplicity.

For those open-minded though - they know that this consumed ILLUSION only creates biased arguments and thus bias is heavily influenced not just by emotions 'to consume' but bias is developed by too much self-reflection coupled with a very 'closed-in' detail oriented mindset.

So when I write things like Expanding our Understanding of IntraSocietal Fear ; Collaboration of Distrust & Neglect Fuels Conflict

.....its PRIMARILY and CENTRALLY about exposing the flaws in common societal bias - and creating and exploring a 'larger view' as to human behavior and this includes violent or erratic acts...but of course, there are SUPPLEMENTAL reasons for the Piece - and those reasons include...

  • Informing Insights into how people can change; a bit indirectly perhaps.
  • Drawing the question 'on the board' as to whether it is necessary at a certain point to 'take action' versus make an argument

At the same time - as writing can be seen as a form of Art; especially when it is Abstract - Picasso's quote seems to stick . Maybe not the most assertive depiction; but certainly a brave justification for such Insights.

The Multiple Mechanism/s of Action of Ashwagandha (Pharmacology of Ashwagandha)

Ashwagandha is an herb (classified as an Adaptogen) - that helps improve stress-related detriments in Health. It also has nootropic (memory improving) and anti-anxiety and anti-obsessive-compulsive effects.

Ashwagandha has many mechanism of actions in nerve cells.

                                            FOR OCD

Ashwagandha has been shown to be effective in treating obsessive-compulsive-disorder (1); as OCD can be remedied by modulating the glutamatergic system - a simple search turned up Ashwagandha as indeed, modulating this system(2)...
Those afflicted with OCD tend to have low-activity at the NMDA glutamate receptor complex(3), Ashwagandha potentiates (amplifies function and activity of) NMDA-subpopulations in certain areas of the HIPPOCAMPUS (4). Ashwagandha MIMICS glycine which can provide anti-OCD effects by activating the NMDA - glutamate complex - it may also have anti-psychotic effects by this mechanism(5) (6) (7).

Ashwagandha also DECREASES the sensitivity of serotonin 5-HT1A-receptors...(8) this may lead to increased serotonin activity at the type 2 serotonin receptors - leading to a host of pathological changes. The decrease in 5-HT1A reactivity may improve OCD by yet again, lessening serotonin's inhibitory influence on glutamate and increasing glutamatergic activity(9).

Those afflicted with Depression and Anxiety tend to benefit from reduction of 5-HT1A receptor activity(10) (11).

FOR GENERALIZED ANXIETY DISORDER AND SOCIAL ANXIETY

Ashwagandha is also a GABA-mimetic; which means it acts like GABA - bypassing the need to produce it endogenously and bypassing the need for excessive dietary intervention. Ashwagandha effectively allows one to be assured and at peace knowing that the compounds within it are NOT dependent on other miscellaneous factors ; so if you can't produce GABA or have genetic mutations/polymorphisms that make it hard to or can't produce the chemical YOURSELF - Ashwagandha is a great supplement. There is no evidence that Ashwagandha lowers the body's production of the neurotransmitter , even in healthy individuals so there's no harm EVEN IF you do produce it naturally.

By ACTING *like* the calming neurotransmitter GABA; Ashwagandha effectively alleviate anxiety and reduces pessimistic thinking. :)

FOR MEMORY AND MILD DEMENTIA

Ashwagandha acts similarly to the ANTI-ALZHEIMER'S Drug " Donepezil" - it blocks the activity of ACETYL-CHOLINESTEARASE (AChE) thus PREVENTING or SLOWING the breakdown of the endogenous neurotransmitter ACETYLCHOLINE; by doing so, nerve cell transmission is enhanced and synaptic strength is increased - increasing acetylcholine may also improve anxiety disorders by reducing excessive sympathetic nervous system activity. (12) (13) (14) (15)

Analysis of Trump's Aggressive Style ; Does Donald Trump have a Real Shot at Winning the 2016 Election?

Ɖonald Țrump has some interesting roots; familial roots. He has Scottish ancestry on his Mother's Side; and his Father's side is from Germany. His Scottish roots are tied to the MacLeod clan; who's seat is the Dunvegan Castle and who's crest depicts a strong bull with horns   (1) (2) (3).  His family itself has legal experience, tons of Real Estate; and a business attitude passed down from generations(4) . He himself is incredibly wealthy, and influential; with a net worth of about 4.5 billion(5)

...While this is all remarkable, it doesn't guarantee his ascension to Office - nor that he will defeat all of his main rivals  (Clinton, Fiorina, Carson*). However  his aggressive, sort of generalized remarks often draw in helpful attention from his avid supporters....and those related to his business and to those miscellaneous fans not related to his business infrastructure. Trump's best qualities are his punctuality and tenacity. These qualities go a long way along with his 'different' presentation methods and sporting more Youthful energy as opposed to some other candidates. His energy and enthusiasm is the kind of 'friction' needed to better serve this country and NOT our enemies(6) (7).

..however, there are some 'off-points' as well.....

I find one of the Issues is Political Loyalty; he seems to be 'crossed' in some of his interests and his pro-abortion, mixed stance on Immigration and yet anti-vaccine elements of his motivations may lead to accelerated arguments which may also lead to hasty decisions, not well thought out, that may provoke a quick exchange followed by a deconstruction of loyalties or even liberties if the wind 'hits him right'.

I'm also not so sure I agree with his idea of Policing Mosques.

...and that may be one example of how 'Event' can lead to assumptions which may then lead to wrongful or simply untimely persecution of various Peoples.

O'Reilly has sternly pointed out that he marginalizes some issues (!)...and yet a further glance in terms of why he is less specific (SOMETIMES) with his true strategy / plan's - perhaps less Upfront in some ways - may reveal what some call to be 'Paranoia'(8)

...However, this is likely to be an argument by idiots anyhow.

As people like to throw around the terms 'paranoid' and 'delusional' very often....it's just another way to sport name-bashing without delivering an actual, logical resolve so as to support a given campaign. I'm all for intellect. I like Trump.

However, While I agree with not revealing ALL OF HIS motto and plan's on TV often - I do think he should refine his presentation to sort of, indirectly elucidate on a multi-point level - how EXACTLY he will make things better than with past candidates and current potential candidates. The country certainly NEEDS change; but we have too many liars and con-artists who make it a POINT to factor in deceptive glances for the purposes of notoriety Solely.

He needs to make it clear that his 'generalizations' are distinct from the generalizations of other candidates.

Trump at first glance may seem self-proliferating but the good news is he's Already PROLIFERATED; and not by himself alone.

So let's get to the Real CORE points and move on to more intimate examples.

Watch this video.

As you can see.....

Ⱦrump  has a beyond adequate 'guard mechanism' for staying consistent; his vigilance and judgement is what sparks most of his interest. This is not to MINIMIZE his legitimacy  - but it's just a fact as to how and why people become drawn to him. Again, I have nothing against the Guy; he's a good candidate and I believe he understands the process more than some would think; even despite sometimes not making a super-good case for himself as shown below.

In spite of this however, I can say that his ego is not entirely distasteful. It is actually refreshing in a way - because he has the courage to stand up to issues and prove that other's aren't going to intimidate him into feelings helpless or weak in comparison. The fact that he monumentally immunizes himself against the tricky intimidation tactics of others shows a character based off of courage and solidarity .

Again, I do think in instances such as the Video above though ; that he could have answered O'Reily's query in a more Pristine and comprehensive fashion.
He doesn't have to say whether he directly supports Wall Street or whether he plans to ostracize corrupt individuals who may have, alleged, banking interests..but he could at least address four CORE points which BOTH the people and other politicians have touched on. Something like, "My strategy is a sharpened Quadrilateral with unprecedented momentum"..first I would ...etc - and then give small overviews of the points - being somewhat conservative on all the details but also being coherent enough to replace or supplement his usual rhetoric.

  •  ECONOMY : If an economic strategy related to welfare program's or to leveling out the middle class is presented , by other participant's (aka candidates) then he could touch on this without being specific. He could write out (depict) an ideal scenario but one that is not too grandiose for 'the people' to understand. He could quickly observe a challenge (given his track record) to the current system; without completely defiling low-class accommodations - and thus find a happy-medium...and perhaps on the side, whittle away the disconcerted entities through other propositions or financial means.
  • MILITARY : Military relates to our safety as Americans, but we already know we are the most powerful Military on Earth, don't we? So this is the most infatuating concept perhaps - but our actions in other countries should not always be intertangled with questionable communities and CERTAINLY we should not be sending our boys (and girls) over to un-necessary war zones (or wars in general). Trump has however, delivered a fairly good military strategy. He realizes that a 'soft-kill' for ISIS is a ridiculous maneuver and that propping up Iran is nothing more than doing a whole lotta ass-kissin! Trump should - at least balance out , in a certain ratio/proportion - the times to mention such analytical abyss with the times to maintain his motto of 'aggressive casuality'.
  • IMMIGRATION - Certainly a hot point for Americans - especially as of recent, as it now involves our own personal Safety and Freedom to address the efflux of Immigrants entering our country. No while there has been some legal setbacks (               ) to Obama's campaign and reformations to the Immigration Policy have been perhaps scant in Obama's mind - the general issue is that we have since become largely, a country opening itself up to the shame's of passivity and neglect..and the Policies have to be regulated and return to some degree of dignity, fairness - and most of all REALITY. Yes, these policies should be reviewed by a Sane mind...now whether Trump is the MOST SANE to get it done - IDK - but he's sure better than many of the others...but I believe that these points should be re-addressed selectively.
  • FREEDOMS/2nd Amendment / BoR - Trump can press this button really hard; in fact, he already has! Long as he stands by this motto - supporting the original freedoms of Americans - then after that, it's just persistence ; leading a brave resolve and maintaining his grit while against 2nd amendment defilers and antagonists. Trump is a good face to put on Gun Rights; his strong-mind is a leap in the right direction!

These are all just examples - of course..he doesn't have to mention the points necessary to be addressed in every.single.conversation with the Public; or while on a talk show. My only point is that he can certainly be the best Candidate - I just fear, or feel - that the general public and citizens - still need to, some extent, here examples of his resolve and techniques...obviously though - it is necessary not to reveal everything all the time to prevent infiltration or slimy counter-attacks by other, less honest candidates.

All in all,  Trump's powerful measure of character and Charisma, and business experience gives him a 'dedicated knowledge' of financial links and economic structure. This is a huge advantage. I'm confident that he can do better Math than most than all of us - and find better strategies than many of what we thought were 'smart minds' could dream of.

I think that overall, beyond Trump's aggressive  stance, is  an impressive intellect worthy of Presidency.
