1. We shall work to make ANY Orphan Drug, Investigational Compound/Drug, which has FAILED in Clinical Trials - but still offers good Promise and shows Proof-of-Concept, we shall make these all OBTAINABLE by Citizens, without a Prescription. So that they can obtain (without much Paperwork) Drugs/Chemicals for Lab-Rat Research and [SECRETLY] *Experiment* on the Household, Citizen-Based 'Controlled-Trials' where one can Discover the Secrets to the Parables of Life. Where Alzheimer's Disease is no longer about KNOWLEDGE, but about ACCESS! 
2. That is Our Goal - to provide the TOOLS necessary to Treat/Eliminate the Global Disease State; wiping out Depression, Anxiety and making People more Confident in themselves and Their-Abilities, their God-Given Abilities to Be-Themselves. They will be Promoted, Cherished. 
3. In my Presidential Campaign - I also outlined the Intention to change these Aspects & more importantly, to give those who are Depressed Encouragement & Optimism - by creating Special Groups that [cater] to each Individual and their Past (even IF Traumatic). FREE these Groups are, and available to the General Public on an Assigned [NATIONAL] 1-800 Number - so that ALL can Call-In, and hit a Number to Speak to someone IMMEDIATELY. They can help even If Diagnosed with a Severe Mental Illness like Schizophrenia - and WILL-NOT lock-you-up in a Mental Institution NOR call Crisis-Services.
4. We will work to CHANGE the FDA's Procedures & Guidelines, and we shall Create [Citizen] Petitions to clean-out the FDA and to make sure they do not have a Biased Attitude toward the Approval of Drugs, which is something that People have been Often complaining about with regard to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) [PROOF] [See Here] [Business Insider Article].
5. We will overwrite the Old Code-of-Ethics in the Pharmaceutical Industry and we will do this - by contacting Our Cousins, Family Members and Business Partners who work in Said Industry - and we will get them to 'INFLUENCE' Procedure and by proposing to the Committee's within - and the CEO's a way for "mutual profit" to be engaged by Creating/Revising a Plan that would allow for more Consumer Control.
6. This above Plan will Create a more "Equalized" Consumer-Incentive-Based Pharmaceutical Industry & will improve the Economy. The factions DESIGNED to address these Issues will have their own Regulatory Body - and the "GOOTI" or "Grand Order of the Immortalists" will supersede ALL by Means of their Regulatory Parties/Representatives.
7. We will improve Patient-Representation in Clinics/Doctor's Offices - so that say if a Doctor take their Patient off a Medication, without Good Cause or at the Expense of the Patient; his Health or Money's - then a FREE Lawyer will be Appointed known as a GOOTI-Laywer. All the Patient has to do is Contact the [ACTIVE] 1-800 Number that will be listed in Our Reference Book - once our Mission is Complete and Elections, satisfied.
8. We will REFORM the "Deep Dark Web" in some Ways - we are ALREADY WORKING ON THIS! We will make a GOOTI-Order so that until Section X1255-55 "New-Age Reform of Drug-Based & Risk-Based Laws" is COMPLETE - and Prior "Illegal Drugs" are LEGALIZED. Until then, the Deep Dark Web will (and ALL of its Owners and Site-Keepers) be Granted 'Anonymous Immunity' which will Shield them & their Drug Operations from Scrutiny - after all - it is THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE whether they Buy Drugs, Online. :)
9. We will ADD Extra Layers of Protection to the Food & Supplement Industry - and we will UN-BAN all Prohormones - so that all Prohormones and Anabolic-Steroids can be SOLD as Dietary Supplements. This is part of the "Coordinated Act to Restore Sanctity in the Dietary Supplement Industry & Diversity in the Economy".
10. We will Appoint Lawyers to those who have suffered at the Hands of The Drug Industry - such as those who got Gynecomastia (Male Breast Growth/"bitch tits") from Risperidone/Risperdal or Abilify (Apriprazole), even - and those who have Acquired Heart Failure from Psychiatric Drugs - we will WORK-HARD to make sure All of the Said Sufferer's can get AT-LEAST 50,000 - 100,000$, with the Help of a FREE NAO-Appointed Lawyer. The funds can then be used WITHOUT-RESTRICTION - and thus, will NOT be Taxed.
11. Lastly - we shall establish the "11th Rule of Medical Governance" also known as "The Anarchical Revision to Medical Leadership & Methods". This Rule/Proposal includes the COMPLETE Revision of Research-Agencies and Medical Systems - in Hospitals - there should be REGULAR "Investigations" called "Weekly & Monthly In-Person Reviews of Facility Standards" - and, an Appointed Messenger [Representative] will go to all Mental Institutions where there are Psychiatric Inpatients - and will Regularly (Weekly or Bi-Weekly) ask the Patients if they feel they are being Treated Right, and if NOT, they will not just be a Part of some Scant Survey. They will be automatically assigned this Representative or one in the Same-Office - and they can Enter a "Claim for Institutional or Professional Abuse in a Medical Environment". At which point - the Patients can SUE and enter into an Eventual Court Process which Guarantees that 1.) If serving a Criminal Sentence in said Sanitarium, then they can be Transferred to a different Facility [with availability]. An Open-Bed is enough - and this can be done after a 72-Hour Court Process instituted by New Rules of Medical Governance. 2.) The Patient can be *Automatically* FREED from the Asylum/Mental Institution and instead - will be Given Outpatient Counseling. FREE of-Charge and by Government appointed Psychiatrists. These may also be Citizens who *ONLY* have a High-School Degree but who PASS the "Citizen-Application for Psychiatric or Medical Residency" under 'MEDICAL EXCEPTION 109.9'.
