Happiness is equilibrium, happiness is a virtue, happiness is balance, happiness is Sacred, happiness is a Choice - but we must let it in now - instead of trying to force ourselves to feel it - instead of trying reaching for it desperately.

We can not Change.the.World - without illuminating our Hearts and Our Minds.

So let us first examine the problems of mankind.
1.) Arrogance; arrogance, internalized rigidness, second-guessing others, having undue entitlement of the self - as if the self is superior to others - as if I am above others, more important, being dismissive. We must look past this and maintain Humility.
2.) Blind Consumption of Ideas; Religious conflict, rather than open-consciousness, Spiritual Enlightenment, many fail to see that all sides tell an equal story - yet all are tales to the other sides - all are the Be-All End All - the Universal Truth - rather than wondering in Peaceful Curiosity. Rather than retaining a sense of Virtuosness, finding contentness in Wisdom, rather than knowledge.
3.) Judging others, Maintaining a Bias; a continuing error of Judgement, is judging itself - ones hopes are continually fractured because people are discounted for their thoughts - degraded for being who they are; we become the stepping stones for others, and throw walls up around others - in a timely manner we Act on Ourselves - and involve our actions.
4.) Finding Too Many Faults without Enough Resolutions; prompt resolutions are often at the expense of others - and often incomplete, they are there set about in linearity, but they lack Vision, Open-Mindedness. What helps one may not help a group of others - why not secure the future of others, by finding the similar advantages that help many - as a Strategy that Aligns their Destinies in Hope.
5.) Peace & Equilibrium; without Unity; so many achieve peace, but it never spreads properly, it never reaches a satisfactory momentum - it never evolves, it never contains enough HOPE - it never is so penetrating that Society remembers it; that society can live Off of It. That society finds air it breathes in - Water it maintains in. As if hydration to the bones, reasonable analysis diminishes Our Peace, fractures our Judgement, we need LOVE & Unity without Guilt of such Love and Resentment. Without Fear, We Must Love One Another.

That...is how we Obtain, Peace & Equilibrium. 

In S.O.C.I.E.T.Y we Find the Cure amongst ourselves. We have it. We must Own It. But as A People - Not One Over Another, To Better Ourselves, Not Biting Each Others Heads and Ideas Off.

1. This product had the most (immediate) dramatic effect on my Mood - out of ANY fat burner/weight loss supplement I have taken thus far. I noticed an initial extreme energy burst - after about ~10 minutes of taking it. Almost manic level energy - and extreme focus & attention at work - at my Office Job.
2. I felt a rapidly suppressed appetite - did NOT even need a snack (like I normally do) to get me through until Lunch time - only ate *part* of my Lunch - and still had more energy than I would have with the healthiest lunch!
3. During the end of the first week - my Abs were showing more (six-pack) and my Biceps had more pronounced veins and Shoulder veins were showing more!
4. I noticed on the 5th day the Energy I had put me on focus & I made more creative strides in the video business I have been working on part-time as of Recent Days.
5. I noticed my Leg Muscles - were stronger on this supplement and I could sprint a lot faster and run farther in a shorter amount of time.
6. I noticed that my Brain was faster at recalling previous conversations (probably from the EGCG Extract) [2019] - and I noticed my Abs were completely defined at the end of the 2nd week.
7. I noticed that my libido (sex drive) was higher on the supplement; odd for a fat-burner. I was also more hopped up (in general) like I was on a mild form of Adderal or Amphetamine.
8. I noticed that all FOOD I consumed gave me more Energy than usual - even foods like protein cookies - normally which would give *some* energy - gave me MASSIVE energy on this product - about 15 minutes after eating them.

Irwin Naturals is one of my favorite brand of supplements on the market. They consistently produce high-quality supplements - that are fast acting and well-absorbed (due to liquid capsules). They were established in 1994 [1]. 

Other than this product, I've tried (and reviewed) the following supplements from them.

1. Irwin Naturals BRAIN AWAKE [Review]
2. Irwin Naturals Steel Libido RED ("Magnum Blood-Flow") [Review]

Other Facts About the Company

• Their supplements are (also) sold in Wegmans and many health food stores.
• They include Bioperine (Black Pepper Extract) in most of their supplements which enhances the potency of the supplements; making them superior to regular capsules and tablets.
• They are not unreasonably expensive; most of their products are actually LESS expensive than other comparable products that feature liquid capsules.

:::My Experiences:::

1. The supplement did give me a quick burst in energy taking 2 capsules at first. I did not exceed that dose right away. I noticed first a sense of mental clarity - after about 15 minutes of taking the supplement, that slowly transformed into a slight sense of motivation and a "pick-me-up" effect that made me more in-tune with my environment. Lights around me were more noticeable and the lights in the Fire Department where I was volunteering and smells were more noticeable.
2. I noticed improved endurance when doing both regular and weighted push-ups - the energy to do push-ups was there but my muscles also felt more enduring. I was able to do more burn-outs as well, and I found that I was able to do 10 extra sets of burn-outs on the 2nd day of taking the pills. 
3. I was able to finish a paper for school in a shorter amount of time - I was more attentive & alert, and less distracted. It seems to have some mild anti-ADHD effects.
4. After the 5th day (straight) of taking the supplement - I noticed (slightly) improved creativity. Some of the video's I made - I added more sophisticated last minute improvisations.
5. I noticed improved verbal fluency (memory) - my ability to recall names was also better - although that could be (likely is) due to enhanced attention.
6. I noticed that my reflexes were better - and a day punching the punching bag at the Gym - was a lot more focused (and productive)...my endurance and ability to catch my breath was way better than usual on the 7th day taking the supplement.
7. I noticed my excitement for upcoming projects & work assignments was definitely more, than usual. Its interesting how an "energy supplement" is able to influence these aspects of my Mood.
8. I noticed better memory with memorizing new driving directions.
9. I noticed more Alertness overall, and less tiredness by evening time.
10. I noticed a MAXIMAL amount of focus on the Bench - more so after the 10th day of taking the supplement.

:::MY THEORIES:::

• While the energizing effects of this supplement are most likely attributable to the Yerba Mate extract [2] - the alerting effects are more than likely the result of the Schizandra Extract in the product [3]. Shizandra raises Dopamine in the Brain - and does so directly [4]. Dopamine improves alertness/vigilance [5] [6], attention [7] [8] and Mood [9]. It is a powerful natural anti-depressant [10] [11].
• The Goji Berry extract is likely responsible for the enhanced endurance [12] - and (partly) the improved energy [13] and it would improve muscle health by protecting the cells in the muscles from damage [14].
• The Vitamin B12; especially being the "methylcobalamin" form is also responsible for improved Energy Levels on the supplement [15].
• Lastly, the Flax Seed Oil - given it would up the levels of Omega-3's in the Brain [16] - probably improves Focus/Attention [17], Energy [18] and Mood [19] - but to a lesser degree than the other ingredients.

Irwin Naturals - Yerba Mate Energy FULL LOG

1. Day 1: Took two capsules this morning, also chose not to drink a cup of morning Coffee - this morning. The energy effects hit about 15 minutes later. I went for a Jog down the road from my work and noticed that upon getting to work - I had more pep in my step. I noticed improved alertness - on the office computer. My focus was definitely greater than usual. 
2. Day 2: Took 2 capsules, this time in the afternoon - a went on to do Push-Ups today - noticed a little bit enhanced endurance - and definitely my Muscles felt more enduring, today. They did not get sore as easily and I was able to push out more sets, today.
3. Day 3: Today - I noticed an improved sense of stimulation from this product - the lights and smells of the Fire Station - where I volunteer at were more noticeable. The office smells (fresh copy paper) and other things like people's Colognes & Perfumes, were more noticeable.

I've previously written several reviews on Naps Gear products; all of them I have been impressed with. Their Test-E under the brand name "Geneza Pharmaceuticals" is better than all the other brands they offer on their website (in my experience).

I have run many cycles with this form of juice. I know what my body responds to and what types of training to go with it. This information does not in any recommend that someone simply go and buy the products and expect massive results, everyone is different and so no assumptions should be made.

I really like Naps Products - and their Customer Service/Staff are very respectful when responding to tickets and always have shipped my package within a few days of the order. Usually the next night - depending on how busy the site is with orders (they take in millions). 

***REVIEW SUMMARY***

• I noticed a slight energy burst after the first shot; like an Adrenaline kick. It was very euphoric! Definitely pure Testosterone...you only get that if it has that effect, although some like pinning in general and so they basically get a buzz from the injection.
• Mild Strength increases after first injection. Benched 15 lbs more than usual and increased reps on that set. 
• Second Injection; libido went way up on this injection - it was a notable fury of desire for any Woman that passed my eye! Like teenage levels of sex drive...
• There were no other strength increases but a hardening of muscles; especially forearms and Biceps on this 2nd injection.
• Third & Fourth injections are where I saw serious results. I noticed extreme muscle hardness - and definitely my muscles are more defined. My Abs are starting to get Cut up from all of the Sit-Ups and Crunches I was doing. 
• My form of Push-Ups addresses the abdominal muscles - so I was doing that - and put weights on my back - reps STILL went up!... 
• I started gaining lean mass after the 2nd injection, but third injection is where I really noticed growth.
• CONCLUSION: At the end of the cycle I weighed myself and I gained 3.5 lbs of lean muscle for a month and a half of a cycle. I noticed stimulation and an extremely high libido - all the way through the cycle.

                ***FULL/COMPLETE LOG***

1. Day One: I took the syringe and needle and alcohol swab from my Gym Bag - and opened the packet for the syringe + needle (buy here) - I decided to inject in my left leg (upper leg) - that is easiest for me as I have no one to do the injection for me...so ass is out of the question! I filled the syringe with 1 ML full of Test-E, then slowly pinned the left leg. This is exhilarating! (is what I thought to myself)
2. Day Two: Woke up with a huge hard-on today - normal for me except this was hard as iron, and wouldn't go down for about 30 mins - so I'm guessing the Test shot had something to do with that - makes sense. I rushed to get my stuff together to get to the gym before I start my shift at a Medical Office I work at (part-time). I crushed 3 sets on the Bench moderate rep + max weight
3. Day Three: I am aiming for a lot here - so I went to the gym to do both Calisthenics & Cardio workouts...I'm trying to get a more defined six-pack (ripped abs) and so I'm switching it up here to tailor to those goals. I ran on the treadmill for 10 minutes and did 3 sets of 33 Pull-Ups.
4. Day Four:  I took some C4 preworkout today as well - wanted to see if it would give me an extra jolt with the Test...it definitely did! I got some energy that I never had before with just the C4. C4 + Test is the shit! Today was my 2nd injection day. 
5. Day Five: I found that today my day at work (construction) was a lot more focused & ambitious - I was more succinct and deliberate - people respect me more than usual and I get stuff done quicker than usual on these shots.
6. Day Six: Back to the Gym! I did 5 sets of curls with 50 pounder weights - did lateral curls as well - and stretches for maximum effect on the lats [!]. I was more pumped during this gym session. In much brighter enthusiasm as well. 
7. Day Seven:  This is my 3rd injection day. Since I am dosing at E3D (every three days). I chose to continue using the same dosage - although I could have increased it. I am happy with the results I have been getting - today my day at the Gym was a lot rougher as I had some heart palpitations - but ultimately I felt good (mood-wise). I still crushed my fu***** workout and was a beast on the bench press!
8. Day Eight: Today - I woke up extremely energized - I headed off to the Gym at about 8:30 AM today...unusual for me to wake up that early due to long-hours at work. However, this Test E stuff that Naps produces is really potent (and obviously pure).


9. Day Nine: This is my fourth injection day; I'm dosing closer to get better blood levels and to see if it amped me up anymore - I got a strong urge to run for 5 miles after this shot. I ran my heart out - it was really pumping at 3 miles! I noticed my Abs are a lot more defined than usual. After my run I then headed off to work and dragged bags of cement across a large lawn. 
10. Day Ten: Today I am continuing my bench press routine - I am benching the same weight (250 lbs) with moderate reps (15 reps). 3 sets of this actually. My Biceps & Lats are getting more muscular and toned.
11. Day Eleven: Definite 1.5 inches added to my Biceps! Guess the steroids are working well. That is an amazing increase and I am surprised, to say the least.
12. Day Twelve: I am doing legs today. Definitely feel pumped so I did a few squats before leaving for the gym this morning. The pumps in my calves are unbelievable. Extremely pleasurable. I headed off for the gym - picked up a meal from Mighty Taco (as it was lunch time) on the way there. I worked my A$$ off at the Gym today - hopefully, it pays off. As my Instagram page gets more popular. ;-)
13. Day Thirteen: Listened to some music (Mortal Kombat themes) on the way to the gym today - planned on using my Skullcandy earphones to amp up my workouts - worked perfectly along with the C4 - although next week I will be taking the NutraBio PRE-Extreme preworkout supplement. Fifth injection day.
14. Day Fourteen: Did more leg workouts today; leg press and also some calve curls - (weights on back of calves). I'm trying to get ripped from head to toe! 
15. Day Fifteen: Rest day today & tomorrow.
16. Day Sixteen: Rest day, nothing new to report.
17. Day Seventeen: Feel ultra-amped to go to the Gym - I feel like I'm on a slight dose of Meth today! Motivation is unreal!!! Sixth injection day today.
18. Day Eighteen: My biceps have definitely grown 2 inches - I measured this morning. I'm also up 4 lbs on the scale - definite leg muscle gain and lats as well - far more muscular and intense looking. 
19. Day Nineteen: Feel quite a bit stronger today - like an Icelandic lifter today - just simply throwing and crushing the weights. I don't think anyone can compare to the Aggression I put into the bench press today! lol
20. Day Twenty: Rest Day.
21. Day Twenty One: Cardio & Pull-Ups day; 15 minutes on Treadmil, Bicycle exercises after that; 5 minutes each - pull-ups I hit a new record today! 36 Pull-Ups on the first set, 35 on the second and 19 on the third.
22. Day Twenty Two: Legs have gained quite a bit - but still working them to death again today at the gym - for what is sanctioned to death will grow beastly! No pain no gain! Seventh injection day.
23. Day Twenty Three: Definitely a little more irritable today - but only got ~5 hours of sleep last night. Probably is the center issue. I have definitely grown I am 6.5 lbs up on the scale today. Back muscles are filling out nicely as well.
24. Day Twenty Four: Fierce fucking workout today! I hit the Gym with almost every workout there - including medicine ball & punching bag - my aggression & focus was at its highest today. I had an endorphin rush the whole time and was just feeling like God in the Gym.
25. Day Twenty Five: I feel less energetic today - but more "calm-confident" mentality. Hopefully it cheers up - drank a beer today though anyway. I worked out at the Gym but only ~15 minutes, this time.
26. Day Twenty Six: Eighth injection day. My legs got spots all over them! No real bruising though & no Tren-Cough or congestion to go along with it.
27. Day Twenty Seven: Definitely loving the high - it is in actuality a high now - not just a buzz but an incredibly grandiose and yet leveled energy. This is my favorite routine too! I max out on everything this week - and so I am going to do the same today.
28. Day Twenty Eight: Rest Day.
29. Day Twenty Nine: Last official workout day. Did Farmer's Walk as I was actually working on a farm today. Carried buckets of hay and rocks and cement for a wall that needed repairing. The guy I worked for - his shack was ruined so had to replace the roof as well. Couldn't have felt any more relieved and yet enthusiastically obligated for fixing the guy's roof! Ninth injection day.
30. Final Rest Day.
