Some of these suggestions were also mentioned in this 2015 article of mine, but I am listing them here for ease of access and convenience.
These 10 supplements are shown to increase dopamine receptor density naturally. Each of them has their own specific set of behavioral effects and each impacts longevity to a minor degree, but has major effect on mood and motivation due to their interaction with dopamine receptors.
References are listed in parenthesis with a number.
Click the number to follow the PubMed/ResearchGate reference relevant to the supplement in question. It will send you to the specific study showing the ingredient can increase dopamine receptors in living subjects.
Also, clicking the name of the supplement will bring you to my recommended brand name and store page for that product, i.e clicking ''Uridine'' will bring you to a page where you can see prices and buy the product/s.

Hey JayZin,
ReplyDeleteI lift heavyweights and building muscle quickly but I have a little fat. Any supplements that will help? FYI, I hate the treadmill and dont do cardio.
Forskolin, Yohimbine, eat more spicy foods. Yohimbine I'd dose at 2.5 mg twice or three times a day to start, to assess tolerance. Then you can work up to 12.5 mg per day total if needed. For fat burning, you don't need to really go above 12.5 mg of Yohimbine.
Delete"Each of them has their own specific set of behavioral effects and each impacts longevity to a minor degree, but has major effect on mood and motivation due to their interaction with dopamine receptors." I agree with these words but without https://www.biceps-shop.com/best-testosterone-boosters/ you cannot make a beautiful body.
ReplyDeleteYou can go to someone else's blog to spam, at the very least, you could be a little more straightforward and just say ''hey, I recommend this site''. Instead you tell us we cannot make a 'beautiful body' without your site, seriously, get the 'hell outta here.
DeleteI rarely respond positively to supplements ( and I've tried many) , but all the supplements i've tried in this list made me feel like a weight was lifted off my brain
