~The Detriments of Brilliance~


On the longest nights, the most unnerving, and joyless, there is a certain question for Brilliant minds - the ones whom are always thinking, and thinking, and thinking, and then thinking some more. Sometimes, even when thinking would lead to further distress. It is on these types of nights, where an outcome doesn't seem positive, doesn't seem possible that it would be anything beyond just O.K, at the most. The times when Anxiety is like a monsoon, it just keeps coming at unnecessary forces, or what seems to be unnecessary. Whether caused by repetitive unusual bouts of Stress, or a dumb decision like taking too much Caffeine, or eating far too much hot food that it causes ones intestines to spasm. In these cases, it may seem light from your average outsider, or the one reading this, or perhaps, depending on the reason, one may wonder if there are larger contributing factors that leads me to present the situation this way.

In this case in particular, tonight was a combination of everything. Seemed so unnecessary. Literal nerve spasms because of stress and way way too much hot stuff. In that, and , probably too much Coffee. This was not a friendly night at first. I almost descended into a panic attack. So I ask myself, on the way to the store on a night-walk, what is the best way to calm down? Is it a drink? Is it an idea?

...And in all this the one very thing I am STILL DOING, is thinking about it. Excessively. Examining every single feeling with unneeded emphasis. A skin prick. Spasm. An itch, allergic reaction. But No, the irony , is that none of these things really, truly needed to be examined so closely. This wasn't some illicit drug, this wasn't something , that heck, I even normally go through to this extent. But, it was real. I did realize, I need to lay off the spicy food. But the thing that I realized even more. Is that the detriments of brilliance, are that everything can become anything, that energy, can come from anywhere, that Anxiety, can be a part of everything... if you absorb it that way. It was only when I truly collected my thoughts, that I just, stood there in the corner near the store. Thinking. Not smoking. Not drinking. Thinking. It was at these times I truly see what it means to recollect EVERYTHING. I see now, that I must discern the elements around me in unique situations, but choose to absorb as a matter of what lies within myself, as a matter of what they are, not what they CAN BE. Things, and people, don't always have to emanate negative energy, heck, thinking that they are sometimes, often, PRECEDES or PROVOKES an existence of negativity that otherwise would not have been unearthed. I guess thats the point. In order to see THROUGH the darkness, sometimes we have to stop being so focused on overcoming, on seeing, we have to stop FIRST and believe with all our heart, that the true remedy may actually be within ourselves. That the very hastening of the situation we have come to acknowledge, is often, because we are acknowledging it so deeply.

Then a fairly subtle conclusion is, when you remove the distress, then you choose not to absorb anything that reignites it, but rather, what you do Choose, is that you can absorb the relief from the environment, or you can choose to create nonsense out of nothing, it is unnecessary to do the latter, but we all do it, at some point in our Lives.

With these facts, and experiences, being all too True, at least for myself, but I'm sure for others as well, to some degree, I then have come to think about how other human beings come into conflict, with lawsuits, with those who are honest Men & Women, I see a similar parallel, not just reading, but visualizing, empathizing... I see that all struggles lead one to wonder what the proper situation is, at a complete standstill,.. thinking, which Path to choose? It is in these cases that an adequate conclusion can be made regarding all of these struggles, that, a brave man's justice is Rooted in the Contentment of the Heart, that justice will come when one finds the Serenity to understand fully, the enemies or allies they have made, and instead of creating a challenge out of it, overthinking it...that the one resolution is finding the answers within oneself - but not because of some monetary motivation, but because one acknowledges their reasons lightly, and also the reasons of the other side, but that they choose not weakness nor destruction for them or oneself, but that they Truly believe in their Action's, and they understand that thinking should be a manifestation of their hearts direction, not a substitute or justification for Hope.

Because, although false Hope can be brought to life by agitation, and resentment, True Hope is never a result of despair, nor anger, but rather, it is a result of deep and sincere understanding, and it is that one small, but significant window of time, where ones hope no longer contains anxiety nor distress , but is peaceful, and yet quiet, and yet filled with energy, that is the presentation of true hope, the feeling within oneself that is an engulfing, yet powerful wave of peaceful energy that is able to look into the future more than thoughts ever can. Because hope, does not need logic as a predecessor to its being, it only needs a Soul, and a moment of Calm.

Proviron's Psychoactive Effects (Proviron Effect on Mood/Anxiety) (Does Proviron Improve Depression/Anxiety?)

As stated and explained in an earlier article, many of the studies relating to Proviron (Mesterolone) actually are to do with its benefits in Depressive disorders. 10 Dietary Causes of Anxiety - Which foods can worsen anxiety and anxiety disorders?

Can a poor diet cause anxiety?

Absolutely, and it is one of the most overlooked causes of anxiety of all sorts; including both social anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. However, "poor diet" is a very broad term.


What is a poor diet?  


::::::::::::::Well in the case of anxiety, it's usually an imbalanced diet.::::::::::::::


One that often includes too much cheese (a tyramine containing food), too much copper (as in excessive grains, beans and not enough fruits and vegetables), not enough protein, or too much protein coming from dairy sources are all causes of anxiety. 

Too much calcium can cause anxiety but causing what is called an "overmethylated state" - which ultimately results in an overstimulated nervous system. NOW, calcium itself is often referred to as a tranquilizing mineral - and in small amounts or moderate amounts this is true - but excessive amounts result in the opposite effect - again, due to actions on methylation which occurs at the liver.


Well here's a bulleted list of foods or diets that may cause anxiety.



  • Too much dairy, or cheese intake - namely cheddar cheese.
  • Pea protein over use, as it contains high levels of glutamic acid.
  • Too much whey protein - especially if not getting protein from other sources.
  • Too much calcium, and not enough vitamin C; not enough fruits and vegetables.
  • Soy intake, soy only diets.
  • Estrogen containing foods, too much meat, too many smoked / fried foods.
  • Fast-food, ramen noodles, anything containing "MonosodiumGlutamate" which can certainly cause or worsen anxiety.
  • Too much candy, carbohydrates, pasta, sugar, chocalate and anything else that can cause INSULIN DOMINANCE.
  • HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, ASPARTAME CONTAINING FOODS, PRE-PACKAGED SWEETS AND ESPECIALLY EXCESSIVE WHEAT INTAKE.
  • Drinking TAP WATER; not exactly food - but the copper and heavy metals in tap water can certainly contribute, and also TUNA - TOO MUCH CAN CAUSE MERCURY TOXICITY !

{REVIEW} Top Extracts Kava Extract 70% Kavalactones Extract (Piper Methysticum)


Since I was very pleased with my experience of Top Extracts Syrian Rue product; I decided to give their Kava extract a go as well!

Now Kava is one of my favorite relaxing herbs for a number of reasons.

1.) It doesn't cause cognitive / memory related issues and is not classically a 'sedative'.

2.) It has some euphoric properties.

3.) It doesn't give you that 'dulled out' feeling so many other herbal anxiolytic's do.

Next -  I am going to quickly go over the mechanism of action of this remarkable plant. It's a pharmacologically active psychotropic herbal substance.
It's effects are primarily mediated through compounds in the plant known as 'kavalactones'. As a herbal supplement - it's difficult to tell how much EXACTLY we are getting - but based my extensive experience with herbs; including Kava - I can tell you this is the most potent brand and a bang for your buck!


KAVA < Mechanism of Action >
HOW DOES IT WORK

1.) It's main mechanism of action as far as anxiety is concerned - seems to be as a positive allosteric modulator of the GABA-A system(1).  Ironically, it is also able to inhibit excessive GABA-A function as well(2).

2.) However, it's euphoric properties and reported efficacy against social anxiety may come from it's dopaminergic properties - this is the "true" "feel-good" property of the Kava(3). Specifically, it acts as a MAO-B inhibitior which prevents the breakdown of dopamine thus raising it's levels in the periphery, brainsteam, hypothalamus etc (4) (5)

3.) Kava has some similarities to Cannabis; in fact, it acts on the same receptors cannabis acts on to modulate brain-neural activity. Kava's constitutes stimulate the CB1 receptor; but less potently than THC and other 'true' cannbinoids(6).

4.) Kava has sodium channel blocking (Na+) and calcium/calmodulin channel blocking properties (Ca2+) - it also increases potassium channel (K+) outflow which is similar to the mechanism of action of mood stabilizer drugs - this accounts for some of Kava's central anti-anxiety effects as well(7).


Sodium channels interact with neuronal systems; generally increasing the firing of histaminergic and noradrenergic systems - in turn, sodium channel ions are also provoked on the inverse pathway ; such as when histamine or noradrenaline are increased .

Thus it is a supportive - interexchangeable pathway which leads to a cycle of anxiety and epilepsy is thought to in part, be  a result of excessive sodium channel activity.

Calcium channels also can have stimulating effects - but their effects are dependent on whether the activated current is 'L-TYPE' or 'N-TYPE' - generally though, blocking calcium channels reduces sympathetic nervous system activity leading to less anxiety and heart rate as well!

Potassium channels generally are calming, however - they can also lead to increased noradrenalin release - increased noradrenaline can technically have the opposite effect but it depends on where it is located and how much...noradrenaline in low-moderate amounts can actually help with anxiety and attention - but high amounts lead to a plethora of anxiety disorders..kava seems to over-step or bypass the traditional adrenergic pathways - so the net effect is still a calming-one with a reduction in anxiety and mania.



Let me get into the taste..and by the way I confirm this is DEFINITELY genuine KAVA KAVA and the shop owner is a very nice guy and definitely reasonable. As stated in my last review!


                                                 TASTE 


  • Kava almost has a light nutmeg type taste - I don't really know how else to describe it, it's a little 'sweeter' than Syrian Rue but not really 'sweet' per se..if that makes sense.
  • It isn't a harsh taste as long as you don't gobble down several teaspoons at once and you dilute it properly..it's just another 'non-native' 'exotic' TEA-TASTE!
  • It's a yellow-ish powder, darker than dandelion but lighter than gold.


                                            EFFECTS 
  • Took 1 gram the first day, and didn't notice a whole heck of a lot.
  • Did 2 grams the second day - twice. My whole agenda was to see whether it would have any effect on anxiety or OCD really. It did seem to help take the edge off but at this dose I still couldn't really call it. 
  • The effects on 2.5 grams on the other hand were much more conceivable - well..noticeable! Interesting how such a small difference in dose could measure up to such 'supplemental' effects.
  • At this point it is on a similar magnitude as magnolia extract - it not only has obliterated my 'intrusive thoughts' but furthermore, on the second dose is when euphoria became more apparent!
  • A beautiful thing indeed!
  • I found it seemed to enthuse and super-charge my personality at 3 grams - though I wouldn't really call it an 'anti-manic' effect, ironically - it actually felt like a minor stimulant but not a jittery type.but at the same time - anxiety was GONE!
  • I also slept like a baby without my normal stack of magnolia and lemon balm! Which is good because I often have terrible insomnia!
  • The effects at higher doses were definitely more on the euphoric end - but the calming never goes away ironically - so no paradoxical negatives there! At higher doses it's like visual-sensory-motory enhancement in terms of everything around you seeming much 'brighter'...it was actually similar to Syrian Rue in some ways which I guess makes sense because they both are MAO inhibitors..
  • Kava had no impairing effects; even at the highest dose I tried (7 grams at once) - it just continued with a euphoric burst - although the odd thing is my appetite was done during this run.
  • You would think being on something more 'relaxing' would equate to higher appetite..but I guess things aren't always that linear..
  • I found lower doses to actually add in some 'odd recall' of old events from my past - and it actually slipped in some 'dream-like' states throughout the day..which brings me to my next point!
  • My dreams were not necessarily disturbing while on KAVA; lucid, but NOT disturbing!
  • Very bizarre and far-fetched, very odd like a bunch of worlds colliding onto one bridge and then that bridge converting into something whilst I was floating near it! That said in a literal sense but also a metaphorical sense - It was like there were dreams overlapping each other in my sleep - more than like a 'movie set' - but rather like a movie composed of optical illusions with some significant 3-D sprites and some very alluring subjects which I tend to emphasize quite a bit (spirits, world events, outer politics etc).
  • Besides these incredibly vivid dreams - I can't say that there is something else really outlandish at all about the herb - but at the same time it certainly is not as 'plain' as like lemon balm or magnolia..the effects are subtle at first but it definitely will hit you more so on day 2 or 3...it does have immediate effects though ; you just have to get the dose right!
  • For those unaware, dose will vary per person - me and a buddy of mine are about the same weight and he needs 3x the amount that I do to feel the same effects!
  • Therefore consume with caution as with any herbal substance or any substance for that matter - always start with lower doses!

Does a Cereal-Only Diet Cause Anxiety? Will Eating Only Cereal Cause or Worsen my Anxiety?






My my, this is a big one. The art of Eating Cereal seems to have evolved into somewhat of a passion; heck, people even make Meme's about it!!

So somewhere with in all the purported delight - and all the enthused Cereal Enthusiasts - is there a downside?


Sorry, but for Many the answer is YES.


There a FOUR Main Nutritional Explanations as to WHY too much Cereal is hazardous to our MENTAL HEALTH.

Without being too Crude, I will let simplicity maintain the Majority of this bout.

  • Eating ONLY Cereal means our macronutrient intake is severely one-sided. Specifically, we are getting TOO MUCH Carbohydrate and most probably too much  SUGAR as well. Even if we assume the Cereal you are eating is LOW on Sugar, is 'Diet' or 'Unsweetened' - the problem remains - ITS ALL CARBS!! This means that our brain is constantly being stimulated with glucose, and our body's are operating on a constant INSULIN-SUGAR-BINGE which, in many cases, leads to mental health issues - or at the least; Anxiety. (1) (2) (3)
    • Eating ONLY Cereal (even if HIGH-PROTEIN) leads to a disproportionate amount of AMINO's (Amino Acids)...for example; we get BETTER QUALITY Protein from MEAT, and FISH than from NUTS And GRAINS. That means ALL ESSENTIAL component's are THERE. Our BRAIN's need PROTEIN-DENSE foods for Proper function..so does our mental health, then. <SEE HERE> (4) (5)
  • The third MAJOR reason for Cereal-Induced Anxiety is VITAMIN DEFICIENCY. Now, EVEN IF Your Cereal is FORTIFIED with VITAMINS - it doesn't Matter Much. HERE'S WHY : When you eat A SHIT-LOAD OF CARBS, your BRAIN/BODY have to INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF VITAMINS USED to Accommodate the INCREASED GLUCOSE EXPECTATIONS..in layman's Term's - that simply means that all those vitamins Fortified in the Cereal do pretty much no good - and go right in the toilet if Cereal is eaten in EXCESS..because the other fraction of that Cereal is still being metabolized by all those 'helpful vitamins'. (6) (7)
  • AND FINALLY, the mixture of Processing, excess carbs and POOR CARB:PROTEIN ratio in high-Cereal DIETS can NEGATIVELY IMPACT DIGESTION and thus Lead to additional Metabolic Issues (problems with Energy and Metabolism) - a study recently showed that FORTIFICATION or SUPPLEMENTATION with the amino-acid L-LYSINE in high-cereal diets (in SYRIA) can help REDUCE ANXIETY and STRESS-LEVELS. {both from environmental factors and due to Poor Nutrition}

So, do we REALLY have ANY EXCUSE to Eat  Like SYRIAN's?

Now...don't get me wrong - I have nothing against their Culture; in fact , A LOT of fascinating stuff comes from Syria..but I just think we should improve our WESTERNIZATION to implement more health-conscious scoundrels in our Society (!)...sorry, had to Add a little Humor there...thanks for Reading!!

Guide to Using L-Lysine Appropriately (For Immune Support, Anxiety, IBS, Heart Health)

GUIDE TO L-LYSINE SUPPLEMENTATION (with Study Citations at Each)



L-Lysine is an essential amino acid that many of us do not get enough of in our diet, and given that our bodies can not produce it, it is absolutely crucial we get in our diet, at least, for ideal health.


  • Lysine fortification has been shown to improve / reduce Anxiety in those living in impoverished regions, including 'third-world' countries and places like Syria, where grain-based diets predominate [1]
  • Lysine improves immune health at 1-2 grams per day , that's 1000 miligrams (mg) to 2000 miligrams [2] [3] [4].
  • Lysine can be used to treat diarrhea predominant IBS [5], and for this purpose, should be ideally used at a minimum of 3 grams per day |3000 mg|...[6] [7].
  • L-Lysine can be used for Anxiety, and for this purpose 4000 mg which is 4 grams can be used at once, if you go beyond this amount, Arginine supplementation should be considered mandatory in proportion to the Lysine dose [8] [9] [10].
  • To reduce arterial calcification and to thin the blood, Lysine should be used with Vitamin C, 1.5  grams that's 1,500 miligrams -mg- of Lysine and about 2 grams or 2000 mg of Vitamin C per day [11] [12] [13].... This amount (1.5 grams, 1500mg) of Lysine or up to 3000 mg can also alleviate/eliminate angina (chest pain) [14].. Again, it should be used with Vitamin C for this purpose as well.
  • L-Lysine has been studied as an adjunct for Schizophrenia, and for this purpose, you want to use 6 grams of Lysine, 6000 mg a day [15].
  • To increase calcium absorption and bone health, 800 mg - 2000 mg / day can be used, L-Lysine is very efficient at increasing calcium absorption and delivery, while removing calcium from organs where it should not accumulate (heart etc), however, it can increase the amount into myocytes if necessary [16] [17] [18].
  • For PREVENTION of Alzheimer's / Dementia , Lysine should be used at 1.5 grams or 1,500 mg or MORE/per day [19].
  • For reduction of Cortisol, use 3 grams of Lysine and 3 grams of Arginine, that's 3000 mg of L-Lysine and 3000 mg of L-Arginine, once per day, preferably at night [20].


HOW TO DOSE L-LYSINE (with food, empty stomach etc)
  • For general immunity, or herpes infections, 1-1.5 grams or three 500 mg capsules per day with food or a morning or afternoon meal will be sufficient.
  • For Gut/IBS Issues, or for Anxiety / Mental Issues, it should be taken on an empty stomach at 3-5 grams or 3000 - 5000 mg one time per day, preferably mid to late afternoon or even evening time.
  • For HEART health, including blood thinning, L-Lysine at 1,500 mg or even 2,000 mg so 1.5 grams or 2 grams With Vitamin C at 2 grams or 2000 mg once per day. Try eating oats every day or at least 3 times per week, preferably 4 - 5 days minimum though.

Oral treatment with L-lysine and L-arginine reduces anxiety and basal cortisol levels in healthy humans.

Lysine fortification reduces anxiety and lessens stress in family members in economically weak communities in Northwest Syria

Supplements that Make Taking Stimulants Easier (Supplements to Relieve Stimulant Side-Effects Without Dulling Benefits)

Say you want to take a stimulant, you want to get those great energy rushes again, you want the buzz, the euphoria, the judgement, the accuracy, the gloat, the stamina. But as of late, you have been getting side-effects to them. It is actually two specific amino acid type supplements blended into one formula; D-Aspartic Acid & Sarcosine. Ceretropic Super Rhodiola Review (Independent Unbiased Review by Area-1255)

                         





Alright so this is actually my fourth run with Super Rhodiola. It is not a traditional "Rhodiola" product, it's not an extract either. It's the purified, isolated constitute's Tyrosol & Salidroside, which are chemicals from the Rhodiola plant. These are the critical components that have a plethora of research behind them, each validating the traditional anti-stress, and longevity promoting actions of the ''Golden Root''.

According to the research and to traditional uses (see the above link for research and overview), the main uses of Rhodiola are.
  • To help adapt to and ultimately survive and thrive during periods of Stress [1] [2].
  • To improve one's physical and tempermental resistance to Cold weather [3].
  • To improve mental integrity and sharpness [4].
  • To reduce fatigue and boost energy [5].
  • To increase cardiovascular health and endurance [6] [7].
  • To battle Depression and Anxiety [8] [9].
  • To improve attention [10].

::-::SUPER RHODIOLA REVIEW::-::

Now there are some that say that this product causes too much stimulation or too much Anxiety, not many people say this, but a few have. This is not my experience nor do I find even at higher doses that it can cause anxiety. In fact,  I find it to have more of an anti-anxiety effect. Almost mellowing but yet energizing. So you could call it a 'smooth energy boost'. 

  • I took half a dropper 1x / day. That's .5ml or 1/2 the dropper provided by Ceretropic.
  • I only exceeded this and did 1 full dropper or 1ml two days out of 3 weeks straight that I used it.

                                 THE FIRST FEW DAYS


I found the effects of Super Rhodiola to be quite subtle at first. It took about 10 minutes for the first dose to kick in. I noticed a slight boost of clarity, and a mellowing feeling. Normally my mind races from time to time, especially when I have a lot of work to finish. Not necessarily like an uncomfortable racing, not ruminations, but more like a fast-paced, don't stray from objective racing, thinking about the stuff I have to complete and just really focused on completing it. 

I also had studying to do, and some papers to finish.

In this particular scenario I found Ceretropic's Super Rhodiola to be advantageous, it seemed to relieve that mental racing and instead allow the other tasks on my mind to fade away. I actually felt overall, calmer, and just very 'complete'. Hard to explain I guess. 

At least for the first few days.

DAY FOUR ON +
TREE WORK & CONSTRUCTION




So on Day 4 and on is when I really noticed some positive effects from Super Rhodiola. I noticed that, although I drank only one glass of Coffee early in the morning (8 a.m) and went to work at 9, that the effects of that one cup lasted A LOT longer (til like 3 pm), normally I need another glass by 1. Above all that though, I noticed improved tolerability to the hot weather, and though Rhodiola is typically used for cold weather tolerability, it seemed to lessen my initial uncomfortability with the hot weather. Of course, I'm not really a complainant guy, I usually adapt pretty well regardless, but it just seemed that on all days where I was out in the hot weather, whilst taking the supplement, that the hot weather actually felt good. The work was more euphoric than 'just work', it created a whole new atmosphere. 

There was this underlying feeling of joy and energy, one that of course can't be released in the environment like an idiot, but one that molds the current work into more productivity. Now of course, if I was out drinkin', or playing pool, then this supplement would show a whole 'nuther face. :-)

I noticed a HUGE increase in endurance, and a very memorable clarity. Granted, it was a beautiful day out, but this product really increased the positive reflection of the environment I was working in. In a way, I almost felt like a kid again (in terms of energy and mood).

Which brings me here...

SUPER RHODIOLA EFFECT ON MOOD.
  • It's a breathtaking effect on mood. It really feels like a true endorphin rush, that's the only way I can describe it. Like the runner's high is 'induced' without running, of course, these effects on mood become more apparent during and after hard work.
  • It increases positivity, and energy, and glee in general. Love it.
  • It seems to perk up your spirit on sad days, and increases energy during bad weather?

CONTINUANCE..
I find that it really extended my persistence in terms of physical work, I normally don't have to 'take a breath' much, but with this, it simply obliterated the need to rest for even a second. I know that probably seems a bit far fetch'd or maybe extreme for a simple adaptogen supplement, but seriously, I have not found this with other Rhodiola supplements, or any adaptogen supplement for that matter. It easily surpasses Ashwagandha, Eleuthero (which I found to cause Anxiety and stomach ache), Ginseng and others. I can see why it's so popular in Russia, and with olympics. Rhodiola truly is something else entirely. In a very good way...

ANXIETY OR ANTI-ANXIETY?

As said in the first paragraph, it does not cause me anxiety, it actually has a calming effect when doing nothing but studying, but at the same time, not sedating whatsoever, it boosts attention and fades negative thought processes and makes other tasks that are not relevant for the current time become nonexistent. In other words, if your thoughts are all over the place, or feel like you have 'too much going on at the same time', Super Rhodiola helps with this massively. 

This Product Reduces Distractibility

I noticed this effect to be very prominent. It stops me from focusing on little things, noises, or other distractions. It helps with studying A LOT because of this. I wouldn't say I have ADD/ADHD, but there are times where maybe I have a small fraction of those symptoms. I could imagine that for people WITH ADD/ADHD, that it could be a deal-breaker, and really help smash away distractions.

During tree work, and during my construction jobs, Super Rhodiola comes through there too. I notice that despite having a high regard in the latter, that I roll my eyes more often at stupid and idiotic statements from the lesser fellas. It seems that some things actually bother me less, I am able to walk away from the bitching more easily, and it will be like it never happened. Like I never heard two knuckleheads arguing over some petty sh**. 

On to the next task and it's like I'm filming a movie, all attention is on the next scene. Point is, Super Rhodiola does a beautiful job of improving attention, disregarding unnecessary disturbances, or 'taking things with a grain of salt'.

It just helps to fuel a more chipper side of me.

IT HELPS REDUCE SORENESS THE NEXT DAY

I've noticed that I am less sore, remarkably less sore on the following days after a hard, long days work. There's no way that this is a placebo-effect, because we are talking whole-body workouts and lifting heavy shit all day, stones, trees and cement and mortar. Normally there's at least a little ache, but with this, it was marginal on some days, or even a 'good-feeling' of soreness on others. It's weird, but awesome.


CONCLUSIONS
  1. Super Rhodiola helps with attention, and gets my focus off 'everything' and instead on the task at hand, it helps with reducing distractions.
  2. When you see people acting like idiots, co-workers etc, it seems to help make the situation less permeating, it helps to reinforce the meaning of 'disregarding' a situation.
  3. It helps to make weather of all sorts, more tolerable, it helps with hot weather (at least in my case), maybe it increases sweating? It makes the atmosphere more enjoyable, less stale, more euphoric.
  4. It increases endurance, and pretty much abolishes soreness on following days after hard work (tree work, construction etc).
  5. It can be more mellowing than stimulating, when I am studying for an exam.
