- I noticed IMMEDIATE relaxation at 400 MG! ...In a pinch, it helps smooth out the Adderall Rush...however, 400 is often also too much (in terms of Relaxation)...so like today I DID NOT take the L-Theanine! ...but it is good at night time.
- It seems to help "take the edge off" of the OCD.
- It seems to reduce my "CORTISOL" effect & helps me deal with Daily Stress.
- In bloodwork it DID reduce Cortisol by about 6 ng/dl. (I see an Endocrinologist in Niagara, Falls, NY).
- I noticed a *slighter* reduction in ACTH (minor).
- I noticed an improvement in sleep when taken at NIGHT.
- I noticed it helps me keep CONSISTENCY in Prayer!
- It helps me stave off Excessive "Intrusive Thoughts"
- It improved focus at the Gym!
- It reignited my Focus & Passion - returning from the confines of Stress & Disequilibrium.

- DAY 1 - DAY 3: I LOVED the refreshing mint taste. I noticed that it gave a sense of Mental Peace.
- DAY DAY 4 - 8: General relaxation. It definitely hardened my muscles & made me feel more ANABOLIC.
- DAY 9 - 20: Heightened relaxation, for sure! ...Increased focus for Work-Outs; including FARMER'S WALK.

- DAY 1: Chewed FOUR wafers, since I REALLY needed Anxiety relief on my Walk back from Vitamin World! ...Noticed relaxation around at 25 minutes! Most of the time it takes closer to ~45 mins for Theanine to kick in!
- DAY 2: I found that L-Theanine is a more relaxing substance today.
- DAY 3: I found my Benches & Lifts to be EASIER to complete without some growing Paranoia & irritation with looks from others (I am on Steroids, though).
- DAY 4: I found...that the FOCUS on my Passions was - MUCH more rewarding!
- DAY 5: I felt INCREDIBLY relieved at the thought of Intrusive Thoughts - because I had this glowing, growing sense that "It is for a reason, and I will become stronger through it".

- DAY 10: I believe that - in today I recollected stronger Energy within myself. The Cortisol reducing effects are heavily apparent. I feel (overall) stronger than I did before! My muscles feel more DENSE. My Mind is more 'trained' & focused.
- DAY 11: I feel that TODAY - my sense of Anxiety is TOTALLY gone 100%! ...There is no lingering anxiety, NO ruminations...most importantly, the L-Theanine from last night STOPPED the Nightmares I've been having each Night!
- DAY 12: I feel that my ability to push-out EXTRA-REPS was *enhanced* - again, most likely due to shifting the balance in favor of TESTOSTERONE versus CORTISOL!
